[Resolved] MTS MDN — unsuccessful online recharge | |||
I have recharge my MTS MDN bearing NO.[protected] through online (website i.e. mtsindia.in/RC.html ) on 18.04.2012 for the amount Rs.999/- from my SBI ATM Debit Card Account No.[protected] and gets a massage from ATM SBI i.e. "your SBI Debit Card 6220xxxxxxxxxxx4261 was used for txn of Rs.999/- on POS 00005344 with txn no. 924041" and I have check my SBI account there is already Rs.999/- has been deducted from my SBI Account no. [protected] but till date my MTS hasn't been recharge and I have gone to physical complian to MTS customer care, Siliguri at "Orbit" they didn't response and I have also compliant through online on 26.04.2012 and gets reply the recharge was not done by this transaction Id. But massage was sent to me i.e. Now RCH online www.mtsindia.in/RC.html In view of the above I have sate that either recharge my MTS MDN or reimburse Rs.999/- in favour of me in my SBI A/C no.
