MTS Netconnect — ACCOUNT CLOSED BUT THEY KEEP ASKING MONEY FOR SUBSEQUENT MONTHS FOR | |||
I was using MTS data card no : MDN: [protected] for about one and half months and I wanted to close the account as I was not satisfied with the speed and it was not connecting while roaming and other reasons and approached the center where from the dongle was purchased and they directed me to another place and where I was indirectly threatened to pay for six months bills or else it will not be closed. Then I did not pay the bill for that month purposely and finally the company sent a collecting man Mr. UDAYA on condition that the account is closed vide book no 397 and receipt no 9911 dated 30/03/2012 for Rs.1383 and Mr. Udaya has written in the bill itself that the account has been closed henceforth. I have paid the money by Canara bank cheque no 231518, dated 30/03/2012. There after invariably I have been harassed to make payment for subsequent months every day by their staff and really I am severely disturbed mentally and physically by the attitude of the company. Public is hereby advised to take care of this threatening calls and beware of MTS which is trying to cheat the public by asking FREE money for not using their data card or internet services. I hope to approach a consumer court and file a case against this company for this threatening calls demanding free money request any one to help me in this matter.
