i born at my home on 15 july 1992 but does not get birthcertificate
plz suggest me how to get it and wt its producer

Dear sir,

I am a resident of delhi. My daughter was born on 9 march 2008 in allahabad in a nursing home.After her birth I came to delhi and could not register her birth neither at Delhi nor at allahabad.
kindly give suggesstions what to do to obtain a birth certificate from MCD and what documents I need to register here.

I am sanjay kumar, R/o House no.208, gali no.9, Jivan park, siras pur Delhi-42. I want to inform you about your employees's mis-behavior. Mr. gulshan kumar who is your registrar office at MCD office, rohini, sector-5, delhi-110085. First of all he didn't provide me Birth Certificate's Application form to me, whenever i arranged it myself then he asked me for bribe, when i refused his demand then he mis-behaved with me and said that i will see you. I have deposited my application form on dated 22.11.2010, but still i didn't get any certificate. I have already paid late fee on dated[protected]. Sir i am very upset due to mis-behaviour of your employee Mr. gulshan kumar, and my office work is also effecting. So please advise me what should i do.
