[Resolved] Mygrahak.com — Cheating

Mygrahak.com is a worst online shopping portal, I have faced this problem with it:

1. My order number 8425 was for a Park Avenue deodorant pack of 2 for Rs.249/-, which was taken by some Mr. Nikhil on the phone.
2. 1st problem - they commit time of 48 hours of delivery - but it was sent after 72 hours.
2. Main problem - they sent some haryanavi jaat (mannerless scary person) with only 1 deodorant and took the whole amount of Rs. 249/- as my wife was not aware that 2 should be delivered. When i called them with the complaint, they said we shall deliver it the next day, which never happened, then i called again, and they said you have already taken the delivery and we will not send it.

My advice to anyone buying from Mygrahak.com is to stay away from these bunch of fools, as they are illiterate, uneducated bunch of jaats running this, they are cheaters, rude.

I wasted my time and money by using Mygrahak.com.

Mygrahak Is The Best Grocery Shopping Site

I am a freelancer professional. Its been 7 months since i have been in Delhi. I love experimenting the things which sometimes results in negative as well. Due to this, few weeks ago, i got injured while riding bike. Doctor suggested me to take bed rest for at least a couple of weeks or more. I can’t explain that phase of my life when i was unable to go out.

At that time Mygrahak plays a role like a friend to me about which i got to know through snapdeal notification mails. I started ordering my household food requirements and other things from their. they not even arranged all products but also they deliver it to my door steps. In a single week i ordered thrice at least and mygrahak people delivered it without any complain as i order small quantity of things (as i forgot to book in my 1st order) and was afraid of that they would ignore my order. But they delivered all orders. I am very impressed with their behavior and the way they entertained even my small amount of order. Their service forced me to keep on ordering even i am well enough to go to a retail outlets or store. But no. Now for my grocery items i will always call [protected]. Hello,

i placed my grocery order on telephone and was speaking to most disgusting and cheap girl on this earth her name is MALA JHA from kanpur, after taking my order she started to talk to me about my work and bringing me into comfort zone then she started with all her crap that her parents are forcing her to get married second time, if i can save her from this by giving her money as mygrahak company does not give her salary.
MALA JHA is big fraud, and sickest of girls around when i refused her to help and suggested her to visit a doctor and police she started abusing and hung up the call. i got my package and to my shock the items i ordered were torned and there were dead insects inside, she got pissed of so much that she sent me this.
i complained about [censored] MALA JHA cheapo after 15 days i got my package replaced

please please be beware of this girl(MALA JHA) who is a and haramzaadi, i wish she dies of shame and brutally insulted [censored] mala jha
