[Resolved] Myntra.com — refund not successful | |||
On 15th january 2013 I had placed an order on myntra for 2 shirts , it's order no. is 5068548 and total amount to be paid was 2261.60 which I paid through my pnb debit card. Amount was deducted twice as it showed payment unsuccessful I tried once again. when I told their customer care about this they told we will check it and if so refund it. I waited few days and called them again then they told they had forwarded a refund request. Days passed but still problem was as it is. When I contacted them again they told refund has been done on 18/01/2013 and when I checked and also contacted with bank branch manager they told refund has not been done. when I told this to myntra they asked me to forward scanned copy of my passbook showing bank statement and assured me they will talk with bank officials and sort this as soon as possible, but in vain. Then my exams started and I was busy but once again I contacted them this time they forwarded a bank statement of their credit card and told refund was successful. someone told refund was done through credit card so it may take maximum of 3 months time to reflect the amount in your account but that time has also passed. plz do something to get my money back and I can give passbook's updates also if required.
