MY CLIENT WAS THE MEMBER OF DAUPHIN TOUCH INDIA BEARING ID NO. 893600 AND SPONSORED ID OF MY CLIENT WAS 879063. AND ASSOCIATED WITH STANDARD PACKAGE AND THE CARD NO. OF MY CLIENT WAS 1060342 AND THE DATE OF JOINING WAS 04/09/2009. BUT HE HAD MET WITH ACCIDENT AND DIED ON THE SPOT. AN FIR WAS LODGED BY THE POLICE REGARDING THE SAID ACCIDENT. THE FIR NO. IS 139 T. 20/05/2010. Postmortem was conducted bu M.O. General Hospital Narwana.He was a G.P.A. policy holder no.271700/48/2010/937, covernote no.[protected] and certificate no. OIC/GPA-8749DATED 24/09/2009 namly the policy holder as Karambir and covered with a policy of cover risk rs. 5,00,000/- as accidental death . i think this is policy is a fraud and no claim to given by the Oriental insurance coy so i give u suggestion kindly take up case with consumer forum and waiting for reply
