Respected sir, I am having an insurance policy of national insurance co. for my bike bajaj pulsar. my bike is stolen in the may '08. I am having an insurance policy of national insurance co. for my car Wagon R LXI. I had met with an accident on 08 August '08 and was contacted by a surveyor V.B Sehgal. The car was completley damaged and was declared "Total Loss". The surveyor since then has given me very hard time, I have been repeatedly following up with him to get my claim. Until now he has only paid me 30% of the total claim. I'm extremly dis appointed with the service provided and now am considering the option of consumer court.
PS I have already booked a new car for which down payment has been paid and the bank is still deducting the EMI for my old Wagon R which was declared total loss.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action asap.
