Nestle — Complaint regarding “Bubbling of Tomato Sauce”

Hello Sir/Madam,

We are regular consumers of “Maggi rich tomato ketchup”. We have been using this product since last 10 years. But we are facing some problem from last 2 months. After consuming half of the bottle, the sauce starts bubbling , giving a foul smell. This happened continuously with 2 bottles. Around 1/4th of both of them had to be thrown away, due to this.

I tried calling on the phone no. given on the packing- Nestle consumer services……….many times but the call gets disconnected & my balance gets deducted.
