NEXT — 14" Color T.V. of NEXT brand

Hello, I have purchased a 14" Color T.V. of NEXT brand from their showroom at Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) around 4th of April 2012 but, its display vanished in just a fortnight. On 26th of April 2012, I registered my formal complaint with their Customer Care but, it's been around 2 weeks since then that I have been waiting for the solution. I am following up with their Customer Care everyday, but to my dismay, I am just diverted to some or the other person for solution. - Rohan Singh ([protected]).
