[Resolved]  NEXT — Complaint no. CHA [protected] dt. 11.5.09

Dear Sir

I lodged above complaint in respect of my refregerator make Next, 307 Lt. Model Sumo.
Your technician visited on 16.05.09 and told that the door of the refregerator is defective and will be replaced.Your Mr. M.L.Yadav of Chandigarh informed me that door is not available and the refregerator will be replaced. I was also informed that RAN and other documents have been sent to Mr.Dheeraj Khanna at Karnal. I talked with Mr. Khanna and he told me that he has to do nothing and dealer will replace the Refregerator.

I talked The Next, sector 9, Panchkula (Haryana) from whom I purchased the Refregerator and they told me that they have no refregerator (same model) in their stock and will replace the refregerator soon.
I am following up the matter with all people but of no use. Even my mails sent to customersupport are not replied. I am regularly following up with Mr. Rehan and Mr. Arvind of The Next, Panchkula and every time they give me false assurance. I request the higher authorities to interfare in the matter and instruct concerned official to replace the refregerator.
Sir, why should I follow up with your dealer or other persons . After receiving the complaint it becomes your duty to resolve the problem. I never expected such bad services from videocon.Please replace the refregerator immediately otherwise I will have no other alternative except to go to press and initiate legal action as I have fed up with your slow and lengthy procedures. I hope you will not force me for such extreme steps.
