[Resolved]  NEXT — Fraud

This is a complaint for electronics goods chain NEXT. We bought a freeze from NEXT (Barrackpore Brach, kolkata-122) and we could not use it for a single day. From NEXT it was instructed that we should keep the freeze on for 14 hours for first use and it did not work and when one technician from NEXT came and examined the freeze he said it was leaking the gas. We chase NEXT but they are not very willing to give us service.

NEXT — TV not delivered

SIR DURING DEEPAVALI I ORDERED A 32 INCHES COLOUR TV AFTER SEEING THE ADVERTISEMENT GIVEN BY THEM IN THE FORM OF A BOOKLET.BUT TO MY AGONY AND TENSION TO ENJOY THE DEEPAVALI WITH FAMILY AND WATCHING PROGGRAMES IN A 32 INCHES TV, I TELEPHONED MANY TIMES TO GET THE SET BEFORE DEEPAVALI THEY DODGED AND SAID THERE IS NO STOCK.EVEN AFTER DEEPAVALI AND TILL TODAY THEY (NEXT) HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE SET.IT IS TOTALLY A AD GIMMICK AND CHEAT THE CUSTOMER TO PUSH THE PRODUCT WHICH THEY UNABLE TO SELL.THEASE KIND OF FRAUDULUNT ACTIVITIES MUST BE PUNISHED AND CURBED BEFORE IT SPOILS THE AD COMMUNITY.

NEXT — Used laptop try to sale in market

Yesterday I & my friend going bigbazaar in the Next retail India ltd shop regarding purchase new one laptop. In the shop only one remanning dell laptop, so i said to shopkeeper shall i buy this one laptop then he said you can buy no problem then i can demand to shopkeeper if you have seal pack box this laptop so then plz given to me that one but there is in only one remanning laptop then i can buy this laptop & going home.

When i was going my home i seen the laptop battery is not working & laptop warranty remanning only 99 day’s.

When i demand shopkeeper please you can solve my laptop battery problem them he can not able to agree solve this issue.

NEXT — Product sold was not properly and not replacing the same from last 3 months

Hi,

My name is Srinivasa R Vemula. I bought HYUNDAI DVD player from NEXT and I realized that it is not capable of playing the promised format. Next day I have returned them the product. Now they are not returning my money or they are not replacing the product with other brand as that brand product is not capable of playing what they have promised.

NEXT — Making Fool of Customer by giving Faux Commitment

Hi,

This to bring you in notice that the delivery of the purchased items are never delivered on time from the Dombivli(E) branch of NEXT showroom.

I have purchased an Samsung Fridge from Next showroom In Dombivli (E) branch on Saturday i.e. 9th Jul’11 with full Payment done on time. It was confirmed to me that the delivery will be made by 12noon on Monday i.e. 11th Jul’11 by Mr.Chand a sales person of the showroom during the time of Booking. But today no delivery was made and while contacting the person its been conveyed to us that today delivery will not be made and the same will be done by Tomorrow i.e. 12th Jul’11 by evening 7pm. Due to this I need to cancel my meeting only as it was committed to me that the delivery will be done today.


My point here is; is this the way the reputed Showroom NEXT works? This is how the Customer service given? I think this is purely making FOOL of the customer. I am very disappointed with the commitment done by the company. This is not the first time, earlier also the AC delivery was delayed by 3 days from the commitment made.

I request you to kindly take action on this issue asap.

i have purchased split ac in Chennai - TBM NEXT show room on 30.04.12. They have issued gift voucher worth Rs.700/- to me. Till date (Dec'12) they did not issue any gift items to me. there is no proper response from them also.
