Yesterday I brought one Split AC from Next showroom at Magnum Mall, Ghaziabad. There was an offer on Hitachi Split AC at Next showroom which says that original price is 32500 and special Next price is 31500.

They charged 31000 towards my card and said that i have to pay them 500 rs cash as these are the handling charges.

They deleivered the AC at my house and on sticker it is mentioned that MRP 30,990 (inclusive of all taxes) Next charged me more than MRP and when I called them they said that on their system MRP is 31990.

Now nobody is listening to me and they are saying that they are right.

How can someone charged my above the MRP and I know that companies always give discount on MRP prices.

Please can anybody help in
