We ordered a branded new sewing machine after seeing a teleshopping ad on a popular TV Channel. But little we knew that this was just an attempt to fool people & steal their money.
We ordered UNIC sewing machine along with which we were getting some free goodies like handbag etc. Apart from the sewing machine itself, the goodies were also in bad condition.
We received the items in a damaged condition with the sewing machines having scratches throughout its body. It appears the sewing machine sent is a already used equipment.
Secondly, the machine gets heated up within 5 minutes o[censored]sage.
The FLORAL LADIES HAND BAG - ASSORTED sent is torn .
Our primary need o[censored]sing the sewing machine has gone bad with the machine appearing to be a used one with scratches all over the body.
Requesting to take strict action against this team
