[Resolved]  Next Retail India Ltd. — AC installation was not correct.

I have purchased an Electrolux 1.5 ton AC from “Next Retail India Ltd, Barrackpore, West Bengal” store on April, 2013. My bill number is [protected]. I have miss-guided by your employee Mr Porag Chaterjje. Because as per him in inner unit of AC all tube are made by 100% copper. Which is totally false.
Also he has taken from me near about Rs 2200 for installation and sent some local vendor for AC-1st time installation at my home. But as per engineer of Electrolux Company the AC installation was not correct.
Also after purchased, I know that the AC has gas lickage problem, also PCP problem and sometimes bad sound is coming from the AC.
