[Resolved] Ngpay — refund of failed transaction | |
Hi I tried to book train ticket on 5.7.2012 through ngpay mobile applicaton.My account get debited for the amount of rs 884.But the ticket was not booked. I didnt receive any message/Mail from ngpay for failed booking.While I contacted through phone there is no response. I have mailed them about the issue but there is no reply from them.If they have noted about the issue they should have mailed/Msg us.But still there is no communication from them.I request them to refund the amount as soon as possible. my failed trannsaction id is NGPAY[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I did a transcation using NGPAY to buy KSRTC Tickets and the transaction failed and more that 15 WORKING days happened still it has not been reversed and every time i call they say 2 - 3 days
