[Resolved]  NHPC LIMITED — IPO REFUND NOT RECEIVED

NHPC — SHORT PAYMENT OF REFUND ORDER

I have applied 1750 shares for NHPC IPO and paid Rs. 63000/- (Sixty three thosand)vide appliaction no. 1500417 for the Issue. But I have not alloted a single share and the co. has deposite directly 6300/- (six thousand three hundred) only into the my A/c. Now can I get the balancing amt. of Rs. 56700/- ? and can i Ask Interest for late payment ? please giude me on my mail.

I Pallavi Sah have received a Allotment Advice / Ecs/ Credit Intimation No - 941594 in that it is showing that the Refund amount has been credited to my account no[protected], but my account is closed in that bank then how come the amount would be credited to my that account.

Plz issue me a new cheque and send it to my registered address, and inform me wxactly what the matter is.

We are above serialy applied for 525 shares appl.no-5742871, 525 shares appl.no-5867922. 525 shares appl.no-5742874.and 700 shares appl.no-5742873 of M/s. NHPC limited through cheque No.019546, 071404, 019545, 071403 dtd. 11/08/09 Axis bank, naranpura, ahmedabad. Till the date We are not received any allotment or refurnd from M/s. NHPC limited.

I have applied for allotment of 875 shares (five alots i.e. 175x5) of NHPC and deposited Rs. 31500/- through cheque through Stock Holdings Corporation of India Limited (in short SHCIL). I have been allotted only 238 shares by the NHPC. But it is surprised to mention that before making the refund to me the NHPC can enlist the shares of NHPC in the markets as I have not received the refund of the balance amount till date.

I have applied for 5 lots of NHPC shares, I have been allotted 238 shares. Till today i.e. 10.09.2009, I have not received the refund for balance amount after allotmentof shares.

Company has done mistake at the time of data entry .they had entered 175 shares instead of 1750
shares for which they had returned Rs6300 instead of Rs63000otherwise in that catagory there was firm allotment.Please claim rest amount from KARVY.OF COURSE IT IS BETTER THAT YOU ARE NOT BEING ALLOTED SHARES SINCE PRICE CAME DOWN TO 34 ONLY

Subj: Non- payment

I had applied for 700 shares at the cost of 25, 200 paid by me through cheque no.332836 dated 11/08/09; form no:[protected]; through uco bank, branch goregaon (W).
Received kotex security, mumbai. I have been alloted 190 shares. the amount to be refunded was Rs.18, 360.

Now my problem is that i think had received the refund amount of rs. 18360; but my account in which the amount credited was closed. So I need on which date the cheque was prepared so i can flourish the details to the bank persons for my credit.

I have applied for 350 shares in NHPC LTD vide application No 71714957 on 12/08/2009. till the date i did not get refund amont. I have already posted a reminder letter regarding this to the registrar of NHPC Ltd on 12.11.2009 but did not get any reply and any feedback. what is the matter i could not understand.
