This is to inform you that i have lost my Mobile Handset Model No. 1600 on 10.01.2011 nearby Dilshad Garden Metro Station.

I immediately requested customer care servises of idea cellular to block my mobile no. [protected], and the same is blocked (as per the information given by customer care executive).

Therefore, in the premises of the above facts you are requested to take necessary action to prevent the misuse, if any, would be done by fonder of the lost mobile phone.
