Nokia — lack of service

When i went to a nokia priority shop with my father and my smaller brother we were seeing the cell phones kept in the dispay. Maddam asked us what we wanted very roughly so we told her that we wanted to buy a new cell phone and so we are finalising which one to purchase. so she told us to check out some more phones and she was showing us. With that we were asking for various phones their features and price list and what all acessories will be provided to us with that phone. But then i dont know what happened to her she started asking what exactly you want and tell the exact features, i will be showing you only those so we told we dont have any constraint of money, we will first see the phone and then decided which one to have so maddam you please show all that you have. with that i also asked weather you are haveing particular 3110 devices so she said that production of that phone is over and now no more are available. so i asked are you having it in stock so again she replied that its stock out and now no more available. then again we were asking for some other phones and so she started getting irriteted and started shouting on us. i had a bit words dispute with her and so she told another person to assist us. so again i asked to that man that are you having 3110 device with you people..? he said yes..!! amazing..! so i was talking with my father that dady one of my friend is having his own mobile shop but i didnt took you there and came here so that we can relay that its a NOKIA company priority shop. if we would have purchased it form there then it was better as we are getting worst service here. and that lady again started shouting saying then go there and buy from there. she was the owner and was not knowing that she has the mobile which i want, in her shop, but that was out of her knowledge GREAT...! though it was her fault still she kept on shouting on me my father and my brother all thigs. insted of apologising for the mistake she started to make the scene more worst by overhelming the issue. being owner of the shop she must try to resolve the matter and try to serve us well insted it happened as she herself became so arrogant that at the top of her voice started screaming on us, people from next shop got geathered to watch the scene that was happening and look at the audesity of that lady that she in front of all tells us blutnly that you can complain where ever you want to whomsoever you want. we NOKIA PRIORITY SHOP people are denying to sell our product to you and treated us like we were beggers and force us screaming to my father to leave the shop and go. i dont know what to do but m not able to digest my father's insult and the way she created the scene. please let me know what shall i do now..?
