Nokia Mobile — no information of my mobile

I have a Nokia 1650 Model (ESN/IMEI No. [protected], Product Code : 0547172), I was found vibrate problem from last month. After getting this problem I have consult with nearest customer service point at patiala Nokia Care. They have suggested to me, hand over the set to them for necessary repair. After two week they did not give me any information.
