Nokia 6300 mobile — Lost Nokia Mobile

Hi, I lost my mobile today just outside my office premises while alighting from my Car! Within minutes someone had picked and vanished. Unfortunately no one noticed of anyone picking the phone.

The IMEI no. of my mobile is "[protected]"

I wish Nokia / service provider helps to disable the use of the phone with the IMEI. It would encourage people to return the instrument and thereby receive some payment, instead of keeping the instrument that is disabled.

Nokia nor the service provider currently does anything about it, rather than advicing us to lodge a police complaint, which again does not help much other than having a proof that just in case if the phone was misused by someone for illegal activities, we are safe.

If anyone know better way to handle such situations please advice. Email or comments would help. Thanks.

nokia 1203 — Replacement

Dear Sir,
I have purchase Nokia 1203 on 13-09-09 IMEI No:[protected] ,ITEM:002J9Z8, and within two days its create problem of restarting itself on every 20 to 30 minutes. I had complain to the MOBILE STORE from where i have purchase it,but they are not replacing my headset.Now i have to submmite the headset to the Nokia care.
