[Resolved]  Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on.
When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products?
This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers.

I request to replace new phone

I purchased a new C6-01 mobile. Its battery backup is too low. I can make it only 4 to 5 calls. So I can talk total 30 min. After full charge i am not getting only half day also. i trust on nokia that its battery backup is very high but nokia disappoint me

Nokia/ Mobile Handset C2-03 model — Problem with handset features

I have recently purchased one Nokia handset C2-03 model around 3 days back, its dual SIM mobile and so far faced following problem
When you are calling or receiving call on one SIM and someone is calling on your other No,, the mobile indicates that you are out of range or Switched OFF, which is technically wrong. I have missed very important calls in last 3 days due to this problem
Secondly, conference facility is not working with this handset
need urgent attention to this complaints as both of these faetures are very important for our business.

The Phone (Nokia N 73) was submitted toSheetla Wll services, gurgaon on the 24th of Aug'11 for repair the executives over there had misbehavoved and not given me satisfactory answer of my quaries & problems of my phone. So now it's getting hotter and I officially warn the concerned authorities to look into the matter .

This is for your kind information that I bought a Nokia make N-97 Mini (C. Black) mobile phone [IMEI: [protected]] in the month of July in year 2010 from M/s Reliance Digital (Shipra Mall) in Ghaziabad City (U.P). The phone worked properly for few months. Suddenly the display went off & after restarting the phone the display used to show only Nokia logo & stopped there only.
As I was unable to start it so I contacted NOKIA CARE ASC Details [M/s Shreejee Enterprises, 5B, RDC, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad (U.P) West]{ASC NO. 184_433527}. They took the set for further checking & said that it will go to Nokia Work centre for further checking & possible repair as they were not able to correct the problem which they described as software problem. They told me that it will take around week’s time. After week’s time they gave a feedback that the phone was not repairable & will be replaced without mentioning that the same model will be replaced or not.
After so many reminders to the so called NOKIA CARE on 14th March 2011, finally the new replaced set was handed over to me, which to my surprise was Nokia-GSM C7-00 (ESN/IMEI: [protected] instead of Nokia N-97 Mini . After much enquiring about the change in model they informed me that Nokia had stopped production of N-97 Mini.
Now the worst part of the story begins and following are the bad experiences I had with above mentioned NOKIA CARE regarding the new set Nokia –GSM C-7:
• I asked for any other model instead of C7-00 which they refused saying that only this model comes in the range of earlier model N-97 Mini, which was a disappointment for me for not being able to select a mobile as good as N-97 Mini.
Nokia care Center provided C7-00 Model without any proper box packing saying that the accessories of earlier model i.e. N-97 Mini will serve the purpose which was a big disappointment as far as Nokia’s brand image is concerned.
• Within 2-3 days I faced problems with the new replaced C7-00, like people were not able to listen to my voice on phone & volume of Music Player was very less audible & its scale was not proper.
• After reporting this problem to the same NOKIA CARE, they once again told to me wait for a week’s time to correct it which was another blow to the image of NOKIA that I had set in my mind for the past 8 years.
• On date 21/03/11 To my utter surprise they handed over to me another new C7-00 Nokia set (ESN/IMEI: [protected] GSM) replacing the old C7-00 by a replacement note (Job Sheet No. :[protected]/110312/61).
• After around a month I once again started facing the same problems as I faced in old C7-00 set, with people complaining of not hearing my voice on other side, Music player scale problem & lately the phone started giving an error message while using the Camera function.
• Again on 05/04/2011 I went to your NOKIA CARE mentioning the list of problems the 3rd new mobile was undergoing. As usual they said that I should leave my mobile with them and they will get it corrected. I being trapped had no option but to leave my mobile with them for repairing.

After so many exchanges and repairing of the NEW mobile sets nothing has changed .I am still facing the same problems as I used to face earlier. I once again went to this so called NOKIA CARE where I got a cold response from their side as they just had one thing to say that they can’t do much than just once again repeating that unwanted frustrating cycle of sending mobile to Nokia Service center.
To your good self, I want to ask that after shelling out Rs.20.000 what have I gained and that too from a branded company like NOKIA? Is this the condition of services Nokia has reached after so many years? Since the purchase of Nokia –GSM N97 Mini I had invited number less troubles for myself. Every time I go to your so called NOKIA CARE I have to under go the same frustrating cycle of removing the data and other necessary information from my mobile and then handover to the NOKIA team only to get after shocks from them.
From Nokia I want that necessary action should be taken in this direction as early as possible. If there is no response from your side I will be compelled to go to the Consumer Court. I hope you will do the needful without further delay and will not give me chance to shift to any other brand.

i have got a c6-00 warranted hand set with a touch pad not working since the last 2 months.. hand set has been shown in Appasons nokia care centre kannur. I have been hearing all sorts of excuses since the last 2 months.. still now they are not clear when can they receive the spare touch pad... they say its the customs problem.. whatever the problem is, it is Nokias due responsibility to rectify the problem.. i am planning to go to consumer court for compensation, if my hand set is not rectified within one week...

i have got a c6-00 mobile which is in warranty period not working since the last 2 months.I had shown the hand set to Appasons Nokia care center in kannur... the hand set touch pad has to be replaced.. for the past 2 months i have been hearing all sorts of excuses from their side.. they now say its the costoms problem.. I say its Nokia's due responsibility to get the customer complaints rectified on time.. I am planning to go to consumer court for compensation unless my handset does not get rectified within one week..

Nokia India — Under Warranty but wont repair

I have purchased a mobile hand set on 20/12/10. On 01.09.2011 the hand set goes off and does not switched on. The hand set is under warranty till 20/12/11.

I shown it in a Nokia Care. The technician dismantle all components of hand set and said that the hand set is liquid damaged. It is repairable on chargeable basis and cost is 1550/-. Though my set is clean and there is no extinguisher of water.

They are denying the warranty and demanding the charge.

Nokia India and Shree commun Pune — Faulty Handset c2-03

Our 3 days old Nokia x2-03 is infested with touch screen problem. Neither Nokia Priority or Service center naming Shree Communications from Pune are ready to replace the handset nor capable of fixing the problem. Its been 4 days since my wife is loosing all potential communication. We expect a complete new replacement or anything similar in return.

Nokia — have not received my phone since 1 month

i purchesed nokia x6 last year which is still in warranty. few months before it started having problems like hang, network problem, phone heating, applications not working etc.
i gave my phone to nokia care which they gave me back in 2 days but i dont think they did anything because it was same as earlier.
i again visited there and gave them my phone. they said that they will send it to head office noida and it will take around 10 days.
after 10 days i went there but they were ging me nokia c6 instead of my x6. i refused to accept this as i dont like dat phone.
now it has been more then a month and i am still withought my phone.
i[censored] really want to replace my phone then it should be od capacitive touch like my x6.
please solve it as soon as possible or elase i have to go to consumer court.

I bought a New Nokia 1616 Phone on[ 28th may 2011] from Delhi. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly(call droped network problem) and also I am without a phone for almost a month, which is a basic need for life.I submit the phone to Nokia Care sudha Communication kadapa. on [11th sep 11] but their the handset is not repaired. And he is saying repaired is chargeable amount. no warranty in your phone your mobile is damaged. I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am unable to Contact anyone and wise versa. My IMEI IS 356998/04/288496/0. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or REPAIR my PHOPNE compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month.

Nokia — TOO MUCH TIME FOR PART REPLACEMENT

I have submitted my NOKIA C6-00 for the problem of nonworking touchpad, on 10th September 2011.
I had already submitted complaint here before that they are asking 15 days to get it fixed, someone from nokiaindiadigitalmarketing commented on my complaint and as per what he/she said I mailed on " [protected]@ovi.com ".

They said just give your handset to NOKIA CARE and we will follow up your case.

Within couple of hours I went to NOKIA CARE, submitted my handset and gave my job sheet number and few other details to " [protected]@ovi.com ", because they asked me to do so.

After 2 days I received a call and the NOKIA person said me that, "THERE IS NO OTHER WAY THAT WE CAN GET IT FTXED FAST, PART IS NOT AVAILABLE SO ""YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT."" "

Is this what a customer expect?

MY NEW PHONE WILL NEVER BE NOKIA. " NEVER-EVER "

My nokia 5230 while using its screen totally blacken nd then off and after that automatically on... This occurs 2-3 times per day... I sent my handset in nokia care and they format my mobile and given back telling that now no problem will come... Now same problem is still there in my handset...
