Nokia — key pad not working

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - N 81, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected], INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSN) on 15.01.2009 from Poorvika, Chennai.

From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off. This handset has been sent more than three times to Nokia service centre, but the problem still persists.
first there was a problem with its display i got it changed through nokia care its job card No. is [protected]/31. I got my phone after 20 days but its key pad was very hard on the right side(to cancel a call button). I got it repaired again in the nokia care.After that It started giving many problems such it automatically switch off, restars or hang even though i use very little memory space.
Now there is a problem with its keypad, its not working. I gave it in the nokia care whose job card no is[protected]/090818/8. I got my phone back today (26 AUG 09). it was working when i received my phone but after one hour again it started giving the same problem (keypad not working). What should i do now ?
Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

i brought n81 model from UNIVERCELL during the month of sept 09 . Till now 3 times i have shown the mobile to nokia and univercell care centre still the problem not yet solved . Now the main problem is the main menu button is not working at all .Now iam requesting replace the mobile for a new one
