I received a message from nokia company uk saying that i have won $350, 000 USD and contact information.
then i called one of your agents and gave all ma details. But it is really ashamed to say that from that day to today there z no response.and this is going to create a big black mark on your company.
So what i can say is get the corrective actions regarding this otherwise nokia company is going to loose a big amount of customers who are having a big trust on your company.

hello there..
i bought a nokia 5130 mobile from mobile store ltd, mall road bathinda, hardly 2 monhs back..but the battery goes off within an hour.. i got my mobile checked from nokia care and they told me that the battery is duplicate.. when i went to the owner of mobile store, he denied flatly to replace the battery and said he is not responsible for this...now what does that mean.. that someone changed the battery from nokia store only or the mobile stores are not authentic??? plz reply at the given email add.

Nokia - N-72 — Unable to repair after one and half montsh

My mobile N-72 devepoed problem in Dispaly and I got reapired it from.Saksham Services,A1/1 Acharay Niketan,Mayur Vihar Phase I,Delhi-11009.They had relaced diplay unit nad key board circuit.This was 7th August 2009.Since then my prblem startred.Since then it was not working fine.The prblem is bacl light flickers or becme very dim.I have give the set four time since then and every time I ma geeting it back that it has been repaired.But within few hours it develops the problem.Now I have again it the centre on 7.09.2009.But till date nothing has been done.I have done complain to the customer but nothing has moved and every time i got mail asking for some thing.
I ma giving belwo the job sheet no 8572 dt 17.09.2009.The IMEI sr no is [protected].
To it looks as Nokia is not bothered about its customers problems.AS in my case the same problem is ocurring five times nad they are unable to repair it.WHICH ONLY GOES TO SHOW THAT EITHER THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPTENT OR SIMPELY WANT TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS.

nokia3110 classic — Delay in Delivery of Handset

I Purchased a nokia 3110 Classic handset in the month of July 2009 from Nokia Priority Dealer M/s. Sukheeja Traders, Rajapark, Jaipur and IEMI of handset is [protected].

I observed a problem related to bluetooth device was not working properly. for that i showed my handset to Nokia Customer care centre, Rajapark Jaipur to PAREEK MOBILE CARE, 314, Vijay path, Tilak Nagar, Rajapark, Jaipur, Rajasthan, INDIA. and they gave me a servie job sheet no[protected]/090911/32 dated 11 septermber 2009.
delivery date on the jobsheet was 12/09/2009. when i went there the and was informed that handset will be sent to headoffice and it will take time 10 days. afterthat i went there 4 times but still as on date 03/10/2009 i have not recieved my handset and they are not even not sure about the tentative delievery date. i am suffering from this for last 25 days. i request you to kindly look in to the matter and take necessary actions to sort out my compliant and this is not the first time when i gone through this problem and not only me so many customers are not satisfied with nokia customer care service centre. i advised you to kindly check the management systems of handling the compliants, people are not competant and sufficient nos of staff is not available at so many customer care centre, bcoz of people has to spend lots of time there. Market is competitive and if you will not look aftersale service, you are going to loose business.
