This is to inform you that I have purchased a mobile phone of your company Model No. : Nokia 3600.

Since I have bought this set it had started malfunctioning. The details of defects are as follows:

Hand set started getting hanged

Battery was not giving proper battery backup

The messages were displayed on the phones like operation failed

There was network problem also in the handset

The screen sometimes got blanked.

I have contacted at nokia care to resolve these problems. They have deposited my set for more than three times and for roughly 45 days in total (the scanned copy of available job sheet is attached with the mail.)but this did not solved the problem .i have contacted nokia care once again to replace the set instead of replacing the set have deposited my set once again.

After visiting to nokia care for more than 5 times I am feeling cheated and sorry that I have purchased

Nokia handset. If your company is really concerned about the customer satisfaction and really wants to remain a leader in mobile phone market then you really need to improve your after sales services.

Please look into my problem as soon as possible and make necessary arrangements to solve it.

Another thing that I would like to bring into your notice is that if my problem has not been resolved in 15 days then it would lead to a legal action against your company and it will be insured that the case gets a proper reporting in local newspaper so that prospective nokia customer can be aware of the real situation of the company.

I have purchased Nokia 6500-s 1 in june 2008. In 2009 March I faced problem that the memory card not reading. Brought the phone to your nokia care Barmer (Rajasthan) in may 2009. They kept mobile for two month. After that they returned with the reason that, the back cover of the mobile is faulty and can be change after getting cover from HQ.
I complained in nokia care online and than they called to me and taken mobile for repairing, repaired and returned in Aug 2009. I have received mobile and kept. when used I feel that the flash light is not working. Again I brought to shop and tell the history of that on sep 2009, they checked and taken mobile for repairing with no details of cost, Again i gone to shop and asked for mobile, they told that pl. brought the slip and take back your mobile, at that time also they didnot tell for charges. I send the slip with somebody for collecting the mobile, than they are demanding money of rs. 650.00 for flash reparing
If this type of treatment is happening with the customer, than think about the reputation of NOKIA

I received message from Nokia_connect to people and Nokia_accountant that I won 400, 000 GBP.
and I will sent for travel ups 300 gbp. when I sent it they said me I will sent 500 for fee tax and Clearence when I sent 300+500 he said me my address not sent and check feed back to nokia company and want I sent 1300 gbp for transfer.
