Nokia 7210 Supernova Series — Planet M's Betrayal

I had paid extra money to get 2 year warranty on my cell phone from Planet M. Now my keypad was not functioning properly, so I deposited the cell in a Planet M store at Sindhi Colony, Secunderabad to do the needful. They had promised me that they will repair and return the cell in 10 days. Now it has already been 2 months but they are not returning my cell to me. Whenever I call them or go to their store they have one or the other reason. I hope you will look into the issue.

Go to nokia site and register your complaint, they will ask you for your e-mail id, just provide it to them, they will revert you back within 24 hours. I am sending you the link also.
