Nokia Mobile - 2323 — Incoming speaker repair within 2 months of purchase

Respected sir,

I have purchased Nokia mobile 2323 on 11-Dec-2010. This is a very basic model mobile with no advanced features. I had purchased this mobile on purpose as I did not want a mobile with camera facilities. I did not have any problem with the mobile for 1.5 months of regular usage. However after 1.5 months I found that I could not hear the counter party speaking at all even in areas of very good signal strength and I had no other option but to always use the headsets for conversation. I checked with the customer care and then found that the incoming speaker was malfunctioning. I was shocked at this as this is a very basic model mobile and within 2 months of the purchase I encountered this problem. The issue was resolved, however I am concerened if this problem reoccurs after the warraty period then I have no other option but to pay for what I am not needed to. As per the information that I have got from the customer care executive this problem is solely due to manufacturing defect and not due to improper usage. Kindly let me know if I will get a replacement for the mobile as it is very recently purchased. In case you need any other details kindly let me know so that I can enclose the same. I would also like to add that I have also a N-73 model that I have been using for the past 2 years and have not encountered any issues. So kindly get back to me on why there has been this defect in the very basic model mobile.

all these kind of messages or call are fraud. Simple logic is that if you have not apply or buy any lottery
then how you can win such huge amount.

This kind of fraud was started with email 4-5 year back as for my knowledge. but now most people are aware that these kind of email are fake.

so they started new method of fraud by sending fake sms or call
