Nokia — x7 sim card tray

i lost my sim tray of nokia x7 and i called almost all the nokia care centres but they told as the cellphone is new in the market you will have to wait for the sim tray ....i am fade up of the nokia care centres...please let me know about the sim tray in delhi or return my money back..

Nokia / 5130c - 2 Red — Improper working of Mobile since purchase

Complaint No.: Job Sheet No.[protected]/ 110930 /59, dt.30th Sep., 2011, Handfones Care, Chromepet, Chennai.
IMEI No.: [protected]. Purchased Dt.: 21.5.2011.
Since Purchasing this mobile set, I faced lot of Mental agony through its improper / Inconsistent Function, follow up with Nokia Care & spending on followup. I have not received any calls from Nokia Care when delayed, despite my followup, being a Sr. Citizen & Heart Patient.

Since date of purchase, I faced problems of - Battery not charging properly, consuming Battery Fast even without calls, incoming Audio improper & Outside calls complaining could not hear properly & often getting disconnected. On complaining to the seller, I was suggested to approach Nokia Care mentioning either they will replace or attend minor complaint. With difficulty, I located Nokia Care at Tambaram for my Locality and approached. I was told they are shifting Office & approach after a week. Again I approached Newly shifted Office, who replaced battery mentioned now it will work. It improved for some time & the problems start repeated. Again I approached for two more times, Nokia Care attended, but could not solve problem. Finally they mentioned the mother board is shorted as such it will be sent to their H.O. and I am to wait for a week. After a week, Set was not ready, mentioned everyday they expect the next day it will be delivered. At this stage I mentioned since beginning I faced the problems & the set being sub-standard, it deserves replacement or to return my money& gave it in writing to them. Subsequently, on contacting them it was mentioned that they were issuing a new set as replacement & requested for some more time. I waited further, received intimation asking to collect the set. But, they offered my Old piece with mother board replacement, they have no new set as now the model is withdrawn.
I informed them that I cannot rely on the old set which already has given enough problems despite under warranty and cannot face on model which is withdrawn. I request them to either give me a new set from the existing market which will not give me any further problems / return my money.

nokia e-7 — Not yet all satisfied

My New mobile nokia E 7(costed Rs.27000), even after so many good android handsets are available in the market ,keeping in faith with Nokia but E 7 was never to my expectations ,worst battery back up, gets hangs frequently ,Unable to view most of the mail ( even Nokia customer care mails) lot many problems.

I have raised complaint to Nokia but still there is no reply.

Nokia C3 - 01 357019045782827 — Faulty Product

We are very much shocked to bring your knowledge that Nokia C3-01 which we purchased in July,2011 has not working and when we contract your dealer from where we have purchased this handset, he said that the batch of that period was of sensor working diffect and it will be cure though company from Dehli. We asked the dealer to kindly replace this handset instead of repair. If the touch screen fault is not working properly than you change this handset with any other better handset near to the same value and we will pay the differance if any. We again request you to maitain the dignity of the Nokia Company and its products.

Nokia C3 - Bdmogsnc3hsegwbgvs — DEFECTIVE SET- NOKIA C3

Dear Sir,

1. Nokia C3 ( BDMOGSNC3HSEGWBGVS) was purchased by the undersigned for my daughter from Axiom Teleco, Central Mall, Gurgaon Central, Ground Floor, Gurgaon Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon on 26 Jan 2011. The required details are as under:
a) IMEI NO. [protected]
b) Nokia C3
c) Nokia Outlet Tin/ Vat No. [protected]
2. Fom the day one the mobile set started giving minor problems. Thereafter there was frequent network problems due to which she faced communication problems. Finally one day all of a sudden there was no display. Then the set was shown to Nokia Care Gurgaon and it was repaired but the entire data was lost in spite of our request to recover/save the same.
3. Now recently again there is no display & the mobile set is out of order for the last one month. We again visited Nokia Care Gurgaon on[protected] at 15:28:47 hrs the Token No. being 87 & requested them to repair the mobile set being under warranty period as well as to save/retrieve the data which was denied. Since the mobile set is giving display/network problems repeatedly you are requested to kindly direct the retailer to replace the defective hand set forthwith without any delay.

Nokia — mobile not working well

i puchased NOKIA C2 -03 one month before. the mobile often hang and autometically restarts. i visited nokia care at ernakulam. theyreloaded my software and say now it is well. but now bluetooth is not getting ON. and same problems are repeating again and again.

Nokia Headsets — bad quality of headset

i am using the nokkia x6 mobile for that i have bought a new head set having the warrenty of 6months and for every 2months it is getting repaired. when ever i go the nokia service centre for the replacement of the head set they are not responding correctly and the head phones which they are replacing are getting repaired very soon. When they are changing and giving a new head phones why they are getting repaired so quickly in 2mmonths. When am asing this to them they are not responnding correctly.so i need the solution for this.
