Nokia — not response for customer

I am Nokia consumer on June 03,2010.My mobile working up to warranty only.My mobile repaired after 10 days from warranty.I went to Nokia care crompet, Nokia care person told warranty over you pay rupee,solved mobile problem.I accepted that condition.MY mobile problem only MP3 not working. Nokia care person told this problem not solved so this set return,But that time my mobile switch off,so many time try to on the phone but unable to on condition.I return again ,I told sir, "at least switch on the phone.I will come later. Up to still now not return my phone one person give phone number that number always switch off.My problem one day take leave means Rs 300 loss.I have Sunday only leave that day Nokia care center leave.I went to 3 times but not solved my problem,There told come next time solved problem every time told.Please my problem solved

Nokia — Request to refund my money

Dear Madam / Sir

I am a owner of Nokia E7 from last 7 to 8 months , but i am fed up with this phone . i want my money back . in the last 8 months i got three time replacement from your service center and the same problem continues again . please rectify my problem or refund my amount and take back ur mobile. i got my set replaced 3 times and the problem remains the same , now i do not want to go to the service center , i want my money to be refunded . i have suffered enough . i am sending you the imei nos.

After working one month it got problem and i went to service center they checked and deposited the set and after 2 weeks they returned me the set with a new imei which i do not remember .

Now i am fed up with this phone , i do not want to go to service center again , i want my money to be refunded..

hi...i bought c2-02 in august 2011 nd within 15 days it stared hanging ,touch works by clikng 3 4 times nd now it is having display problem....despite it is not even droped ever.....i had approached to service center they told phone wlii be sent to company and i:ll get it back in 8 days but.i m not satisfied with the phone ....please refund back my money so that i can buy another model or else give me some other solution but i dont want to use this phone now.

Nokia — c6

Well, its more than a month, my nokia c6 was going with lot of problems and its been repaired around 4-5 times, then the nokia service centre at gandhi chowk ,sonipat said hey will replace my handset with c6-01 as i requested to swap my handset with any other one apart from c6 as all c6 are faulty and they having frequent complaints , so thy said they will replace it with c6-01, but now its more then 15 days they have not given me that as they saying its not in stock,.
if it was not in stock so why did they said they will give me that, they can give me an other one as i have to access my mails and my other things.. they may give me e6 or c7 also... whats this.. they saying u have to wait for sometime, and said they even don't know how much time i have to wait. whats this , give me other one immediately coz its more than 44 days m in trouble and using a set which is not worthy at all as i was using a rs1800 handset against my 12000rs set on standby,why they making me and other customers in trouble... i have purchased c6 to use it , not to submit in service center
so i request to whom it may concern please give me c6 till Monday or give me e6 or c7 i[censored] cant give me c6-01 against my faulty c6.

Nokia India (E5 - 00) — Defective handset (product) & Unethical/Unsatisfactory service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia E5-00 on 26/10/2011,
Since then i found big gap between Call (Green) Menu key strip & Display & Keypad, which looks very bad (even china mobiles have good finishing).

I visited your customer care center at Pune many times (since purchase) but in vain they wasted my time by saying we can't do this.
It’s a big gap (manufacturing defect), i have shown to customer care center, Pune, but in vain they replied we can't do anything to this you have to use as it is.

Finally decided to mail Nokia (support section) about the same problem, but they suggested me to submit handset again to Nokia care; again (2nd time) I submitted handset to Nokia care.
They have taken 10 days to repair; I was shocked to see handset again with the same problem; they did nothing to handset (without proper rectification measures they send handset to Nokia care).

Now again (3rd time) they told me to submit handset to Nokia care center, but Why should I submit handset again? & how many times I will have to submit my handset to Nokia care center? & how much longer do I have to wait for the same issue? Because already caused lot of inconvenience because of their service.

I personally feel that Nokia providing useless & unethical service/Product. I have experienced their service; they intended to waste consumer’s valuable time.

Please guide me for the same issue.
