Nokia — Connectivity of E-50 handset.

E-50 handset from Nokia is one of the worst possible handsets. I purchased it only ten months back. Already the loudspeaker is gone. Nokia claims it to be having bluetooth connectivity, which is a lie. You can't see the phonebook and hence can't save it anywhere else. Therefore, to reload the software is not possible. It is awfully slow, doesn't have alarm clock function, no keypad lock, etc. etc. The Nokia Care centres are hopeless and behave like bureaucrats.

Nokia 6111 — Phone is not working

I went ur Bright Point Ultadanga Capital Electronics Service centre(nokia care) for my nokia mob repairing. They opened my phone and can'nt repair that with the excuse that the parts is not available here. After that I went with my mobile in ur Sector V Eternity Building they r telling that Ultadanga centre ( they) locked the phone in this manner that they will not able to open the phone. I want to know what is my mistake I have not gone any local shop for repairing my mobile. Who will take the reponsibilty for that. How can I repair my mobile????????????

Nokia — misbehaviour of technician (MR.Suresh yadav)at nokia care

the technician Mr.Suresh yadav at nokia care in janak puri district centre is totally un cooperative...and does not respect the customers...and misbehaves uses foul language...i have been goin there for more than 2 months for my nokia 5610 xpress music...headphones...he keep on saying come after 2- 3 days...my delivery date of headset has been over 15 days...still he is not cooperating and staff over there...please take a strict action against them...

Nokia6300 Choco — handset not working

I have purchased Nokia Phone Nokia 6300 on 14th of Nov08. Unfortunate after 2-3 days I found this is not working and I lodged a complaint on 18-11-08.Complaint No.[protected]/08/1118/7. We recieved a call on 29-11-08 that Phone has been received at Nokia Care Center but at the time of recieving we found Cell is not new but executive was saying company has been chaged the set as in previous set there was some manufacturing defect.

But as per rules Cell should be new that I am not getting. Itried on Nokia Center as well as on customer care all they arer denying for the new set.

Kindly rethink on this issue as I am the sufferer from the mistake that made from your side and this is not the professional attitude to deal with customer.

Nokia — replacement of hardwire of Nokia phone.

Dear Concern,
this mail is to bring to your notice that I bought a nokia 3120c model on 7-1-08, from cell point, staton road, madhusudan market, shop No-D-24, Rourkela-769001in my fathwers name (Mr. P.C.jena). The iteam number is [protected]. But within 1 month of the purchase we faced problems like phone getting hanged, getting automatically switcheed off etc. Now I have shown it in a Nokia care center namely cellular clinic (ASC No- 071_434038, [protected]@nokiacareindia.com) . As per them there is some problem in the hardwire of the phone and it has to send to kolkota for repair. Most importantly the whole proces might take as long as 45 days to get the phone back tome. Now it is quite harrssing to suggest somebody to manage without his cell phone for 45 days. As my phone is not very old and it is a manufacturing problem in the phone in this case I should be give another phone in the place of teh new one so that I can lead my normal life.

Now you are kindly requested to look into the matter and reply me urgently expalinning your stand in this matter and what all you are doing to help me in this matter.

Finally you should rememebr that each and every customer of yours expects highest level of professionalism for a comapny like yours, so you shoud act accordingly.
