Please advise if this is for real or scam.

i submitted mine mobile to behala nokia care . the person there took the phone and said you will get phone by 11 day. bit still the date of giving the phone has not came . now he is saying the parts are unavailable what is this i cant understand .till today mine phone is not given nor i think is been checked . the will ruin the name of nokia company by giving such a bad responce.

nokia n 85 — bought a phone n85 next day the problem arises till now there is no remedy

i has bought nokia n 85 mobile on 5th november 2008 at wavetell, chrompet, chennai - 44. but next day the phone has locked. I gave it to nokia authorised service centre ROCKY AGENCIES, n.no.32, o.no.10, Thiru vi ka road, Royapettah, chennai - 14.

Today 12th November till this date what they telling till now the phone is not repaired in head office.
your making of this phone is not repaired (5 days duration) by you then how can i hold it.
What i am asking you, only one day i had that Rs.24, 500/= phone in my hand. the problem arised after one day. I need it to change the phone. Take immediate action for my complaint. otherwise i will take legal action for this.

nokia5220 — not returned by service center

{1}hy, my name vinod vaishnav . i am buy a moblie 5220 on 6 octumber2008, after two days mobile is not working properly and after that i give it to nokia service center("simplex service center, jodhpur, rajasthan").
{2}service center told that my mobile is come in 14 days but after 32 days there is no response.
{3}target delivery date 6 nuvember 2008 is also expired.
{4}i complaint to nokia care center online but there have no good response & they suggest me to collect my mobile from service center on 11 november 2008.
{5}please sent me suggetion what i do after 11 november 2008.
i am very frusted after buying a nokia mobile.

I was also ordered to pay a sum of 450 GBP for delivery through DHL delivery uk.
