Nokia / E51 — Poor Service
I have mobile E51 with Serial No. [protected]. The rubber of side panel keys of volume up and down are worn out. Secondly the keys of "call"( green button) and "1 " were not working.Since my phone is in warranty period i had gone to service center of nokia where Job Sheet No.[protected]/090108/17 was issued, than my mobile was given to me by saying that we will get back to you as certain spares are needed and they will arrange but when i checked about status of my job sheet it shows that mobile has been repaired and given back which is false statement as mobile is in same conditon . The care center in Sec-7, Panchkula ( Haryana ) told me that they will contact me when they will have necessary spares but till date situation is same.,
I am feeling cheated by spending such a huge amount in purchasing nokia phone and than not getting any favorable response.
N70/ NOKIA — Change of Mobile Set
Service Job Sheet No.[protected]/090211/8 dated 11 Feb 2009 .Three time the set went to service center for updation of software /hanging problem but they were not able to solve the problem i am staying in cuttack and every time i have to come to jamshedpur to investegate about the phone the phone was purchased in the month of dec 2008 but till date they are not able to clear the problem so i want nokia to bear the cost of expenses and change of my mobile .

Nokia is letting their partners in UAE to sell used phones as new mobiles!!... I2 is a main distributer for Nokia in Dubai..
i have purchased a nokia mobile 7610 supernova, from day one the mobile had a mic factory default so they didnt accept in replacing the mobile, after 2 months from keeping the mobile with them, they have replaced it from the same distributor with the same problem as the previous one.
both boxes were not sealed!!

On 7th feb 2009 i visited Nokia care center at 5.30 pm at Samvradhi Technologies., koramangla, banaglore.There was flicking problem with my nokia 6255 mobile. But display was perfect in position.
I was using mobile in same state from past 15 days.I was able to receive call and make call but some times due to flicking call geting disconnected.Other than flicking all the feature was working perfectly.
These all things i told them clearly before giving set.
They checked and said 2000 will be charged for this and will send to chennai and will take 10 days.
I said i need some time so i taken back the mobile.But when i taken back the mobile, one new problem i found. Mobile was not opening.
It was opening and closing . I was not able to make and receive any call.
It was really horrible to see the state of mobile.when i asked them that other then flicking
there was no problem in mobile. Those people blamed on me saying it was like that.
In morning i visited other Nokia care and shown to them they said some part has to be relaced and they dnt have stock so will take one week.
That time other then flicking no other problem with mobile.
Till 5 pm i was receveing and make calls now set is totally dad nothing i can do.
The manager told me later that he will charge 800 rupees and later said 300 rupees.
See how nokia people negociating the charges.Those people destoy my set.
I want that mobile to be repair otherwise want in same state only flicking problem.
With constant display.
I want some strict action to be taken against these type of people who put spot on the nokia.
