1. My Nokia 7610 Hand (IMEI no : [protected]) set with BSNL Sim card (phone no : [protected]) has been lost on board Pilot Vessel Ma Ganga, Khidirpur, KOlkata at 0010 hrs on 14 Feb 09 which has been registered in South Port Police Station (vide General Diary No : 1416 dated 15 Feb 09).

2. It is therefore requested that the same mobile hand set be locked with immediate effect.
