Nokia Mobile Set (Nokia 3120) — No Communication due to voice problem.

I have purchased one NOKIA 3120 New Mobile Set vide Invoice No. 3419 dated 23-12-08 from 3G Telecom, Street No. 6, Nai Basti, Bathinda, Punjab. Within a week it started giving communication problem. When got checked i was told it is due to network problem and i was advised to get the mobile off and on when such type of problem arises. But i tried with sim of another company but the problem subsists and on getting it rechecked with the nokia care centre, software was reloaded and the speaker was also got changed, but despite this, the problem subsists as it was initially. Now i am facing with other problem of overheating also which might be risky for my health. It is requested of you to change my hand set.

Nokia — start-up failed

my nokia 7610 mobile set is not working from 5 days.Phone start up is failed of this set. the set purchesed in February 2006. only BSNL Sim is not working with it but other sims are working. Service center inform that it is not deffect of set again BSNL said that it is not their problem .So please inform what can I do?

Nokia — Persistent problem in the Set 3120

Dear Sir,

There is a persistent problem in the set 3120 of nokia. inspite of sending the set 4 times to delhi centre for repairing, the set is still not ok.

I asked them to replace the set but they still are not doing it and are adamant on repairing the set only. now, the set is just 6 months old and with this kind of a problme if it is not being iradicated then im sure i will be facing similiar problme even later.

I would want the set to be replaced or would want my money to be returned now. taking this repaired set, might give me a problem again which i would not want to take now.

Pls help me out.

I don't think that the nokia company will give away all that money for nothing.It seems that over the last year thousands of people around the world got these sms's. The sms I received says as follows:

Nokia N73 - IMEI 353548026733895 — mobile set was robbed

While boarding a KSARTC Bus at Hubli in Karntaka, around 4 persons cornerd me and robbed me of my N73 cell phone on 12 May 2009 evening. I had lodged a police complaint with Hubli City Police station. I have original invoice and the details are:
