Nokia / E51 — poor service/response

nokia care center sector-15, faridabad (haryana ), executives start their working at 10.20am where as timing is from 10am.system ie internet note working so further 1/2 hr wasted.
given mobile for repair at arround 10.30am where as up to 4.45pm no call received regarding repair estimate
where as on enquiry they inform.
astonishing that speakers to be changed where as warranty is for seven (7) days only which is not expected from company like NOKIA, speakers were once changed 7-8months back in warranty.why so frequently repairs required.

Nokia / 5610 Xpress Music — Atrocious claim over warranty

I own a Nokia 5610 XpressMusic phone (Product Code:0564905 and IMEI:[protected]) that I purchased in July of 2008. Last month, my phone started behaving strangely (inverted screen, weird colors) and then it shut off, after which I was never able to turn it on again. After 2 days, I turned it in at the Nokia Care Centre (Rocky Agencies, Anna Salai, Chennai) where they examined the phone and said I had to change a component (Flexi cable) which would not be covered by the warranty and cost 3000 rupees. I did a bit of searching on the Net and came across that exact component on sale on an Electronics website (http://cellular-tools.biz/?page_id=3&category=3&product_id=3). Although the website quotes the price in Indonesian currency, a rough conversion throws up around 1000 Indian rupees. The price quoted by the Nokia Care Centre is completely atrocious. I hope Nokia owns up to this situation (probably faced by a lot of Nokia owners) and does something concrete about it.
