nokia 5220 cell phone — giving me a poor quality product

The nokia co. is a totaly business minded co. it not look about their product befor launching i was purchase a nokia5220 in sept/8 its repired two times in warranty period and after two month of warranty in jan/10 it was again repired by them and charge me Rs1600/- after one month it was again repired now may/10 it is again hang wants repairing shell i pay such a big amount for a poor quality product or so what because nokia co is very well know that customer will pay after warranty so there no problum to launch a new set to compet the market

HI,

I purchased my nokia 6303i handset on 23/05/2010 and it works properly for about 10 days however on 05/06/2010 i found that speaker of handset is not working properly .I visit to the nokia service center and what they did is really unbelievable and joking they damage LCD of phone ,when they told me about that i was really shocked and i asked how it is happen they had no words to say . At last they told me sir it will take around 10 days now to repair .These 10 days are really cursing for me and god say i always advice other to purchase nokia phones because of their reliability ,if such things will happen with me itself what i can say about that .So please do a favour for me by providing a new handset of same model because anyone in this world spent his money he demand satisfaction if he does not get it ,it will really harmful for the company future.

its true that many time nokia service centre harrse their customer, as they do a favour to us. We pay money so we deserved good service, nokia centre must be warn for that.
