To the Management,

I am very sorry to say that nokia service is so bad. Having a big name is like having poor service.
I have Nokia 8800d Siroco and now its has stopped working. When I took to nokia care they said they cannot take this phone as it is made in germany. And cannot provide service of the same. Buying a product which cost u for 40, 000/- is like a nothing to the nokia service. It is a request to the management to help me out and care for what I have spent.

For your notice, I have purchased this mobile from abroad one year back.

Your early reply will be highly appreciated.

    I purchased Nokia 5700 black on 01 july 2007. The name of the place i purchased was univercell vellore 632001. the invoice of the product i purchased which has given is p.vlr/1275. The price of the product i purchased was Rs.13000.

    I got problem with my hand set on 20/07/08. 11:am. Which I gave my phone to the company univercell for the service on the same date. the complaint told by the company person was display problem .

    After 3 weeks i got call from the company that the
    product will be repaired with the cost of Rs.1000 and above
    i said ok i will pay .

    after that there was no call from the company
    so on 15:09:08 I directly went to the univercell company for the information. But they answered that the product you have given was not to be repaired the phone was a failure it was not able to be repaired .

    I buyed this nokia product for the brand name of the company but the thing happened was not able to satisfied. I was totally unsatisfied with the service provided to me.please take immediate action against this. so give my phone which is repaired or provide me a new hand set.

    Nokia 5700 — Problem with Ear Phones

    Dear Nokia Customer Care,

    I had bought NOKIA 5700 handset about a couple of months back . Within the very first week of my purchase, my earphones stopped working. I went to the NOKIA CARE in Marathalli, Bangalore(KARNATAKA) and asked for replacement. The Expected time of replacement was mentioned as "one week" but it took nearly 3-4 weeks for it to get replaced. And again within a week the new earphones stopped functioning.

    NOKIA 5700 is Express Music model for which my earphones dont work!. Even the NOKIA CARE guys do not respond properly . Request some1 to direct me in the right direction.

      The Cell phone model No.E51 IMEI: [protected] was sent to me from Dubai. The IC speaker is not working and replacement of the same is required. I have contacted the local Nokia service showroom for the replacement of the same. They said the same is not available and it will take more than 15 days time and that the same cannot be assured.

      In a worldwide organisation like NOKIA to keep the replacement of spare parts such as the IC speaker with local showroom cannot be difficult. Therefore I request you to send the replacement at the earliest to the address given below:

      Nokia/E51 — Replacement

      Ref: A. Job sheet No.[protected]/080421/30 dated 21/April/2008 of Microworld MSD, LF-2 Mansarover Complex, Bhopal
      B. Purchased from THE MOBILE STORE vide invoice No. MP/01372/00001/4557 dated 06/04/2008 at Essar Telecom Retail Ltd., B-16/ Indrapuri BHEL Bhopal.
      With reference to the above I wish to again bring it to your kind knowledge that I had purchased the said mobile set on 06/04/2008 from above referred Mobile Store outlet.
      From the day I started using it, it started malfunctioning of switching off automatically.
      On contacting Mobile Store they gave a flat answer that this is customer’s problem & he has to contact manufacturer’s authorized service center as they are helpless.
      So I went to said NOKIA care center. They took the set for a day & returned saying that they’d rectified the bug.
      I started using it only to find that problem was still as it is.
      Again I went to NOKIA & this time they said that they will examine the set and send it for replacement to the company, which will take some time.
      I had no other choice & being exploited fellow customer, I abided by them and gave set to them.
      Since then it’s almost a month & I’m still without my set.
      I wander that a company like NOKIA, which I think has largest mobile market: can make customer suffer this much.
      After paying so much amount over a new mobile I still have to wait to discover it in my hands; working fine. It would have been better if I had put that money in bank as mobile prices are declining day by day & I’m not getting worth of my expenditure.
      Anyways please look into the matter and get my set replaced or arrange to refund my paid amount.

          Sir,
          In the past, when NOKIA announced to replace some of the BL-5c series batteries, I registered the same through internet. My battery was shown under defective category. On register, it was shown that the battery will be replaced to my address soon. My battery no. is[protected]N[protected]. I have been waiting for the battery replacement for the last 2 years but there is no result from Nokia office. At least now, may please be replaced as early as possible.

            We have puchased it from a reliance web store ltd Daryaganj New delhi vide invoice no. [protected] dated 3.9.2008. Since starting the use of this mobile set, the following problems are bieng faced :-
            1) The set is found switched off in the morning while at night it is left o.k.
            2) The battery is not fully charged even after 3-4 hours on continues charging.
            3) The battery backup is not up to mark.

              i have nokia 6300 bought 11 months 15 days earlier. i suffered many time a problem that phone automatically swith off and become on while on a running call. even many times while incoming call or outgoing call the voice of the second person is hearable.

              so need a call from ur centre related. thanks

              if may be v.06.01..some thing like that...

              this version have some bug.

              so u have to update the mobile software to latest version...

              I purchased one nokia mobile, Model. no.6300 IMEI no.[protected] from SUPER TELECOM, SUPER LANE, BANK ROAD, RAMPURHAT, BIRBHUM Cash Memo no 471dated, 28.04.09 with other accessories on consideration of rupees 6750/-.
              The said mobile set is not working as the LCD display is not visible, for which I sent the set to the said retailer on 04.04.09 & who sent the set to Suri Nokia service center, who returned the set giving a remark “ Liquid Damage” and sent back the set as it is. Now what should I do with this set? This is an inherent defect of the set. They advised me to repair the set from out side which may cost for about Rs/- 1000/-. I want to know as it is within the guarantee period why should I have to repair the set from outside and what is the use of so many features if the LCD is not visible? Pl. give the good advice so that I need not go further to take any further legal step.

                I have purchased Nokia - 3110C Handset on[protected].With Product code 0550573, Technology type : GSM. It has a production default which we came to know on the next day of purchasing.The voice quality of set is very abnormal.One cannot listen what front person is talking or no song run is Identified.It is only a that set delivers.
                This was purchased fromDealer o Nokia, Gandhi Mobile World, Pandharpur, Dist Solapur, Maharashtra.Than We were sent to Nokia Customer care Pandharpur.We have submitted piece at care centre.

                There, now after 2 weeks, we are being given the same set with no repair or replacement with the argument that nothing is wrong with this Piece.When they were convinced to the problem set realy has, now we are asked more days to wait for.

                If your attitude is of no satisfactory service & i[censored] intend to handover the same faulty product, We can easily get our money back with compensation for mental unpeace & 3 times travel across you through Judiciary help.

                I wil strongly recommend to improve the service quality at your Pandharpur care centre.Or othervise rename it as " Customer Scrambling Centre" please.

                Please kindly letus know from your end to decide the way of communicating with you for us.

I was asked to deposit the set on Tuesday morning because they collect problematic sets the whole week and send it to concerned team every Tuesday 2:00 PM. Request you to confirm this because earlier too I had visited Nokia Centers where deposition and receipt of problematic sets was smooth.

                    *Apart from all this, I agree that it might take time to check for all the reported issues in a mobile. However, my concern is the quality of
                    the cell rather than the service provided by Nokia. As per my knowledge, if a phone is put on loudspeaker mode, the call will be better audible
                    than that in handset mode. However, in case of my cell, there is no difference between the audibility in loudspeaker mode and handset mode.
                    As per the guy(s) at service center, it's a manufacturing fault. When asked to give the same in written, he refused to do it. Kindly let me
                    know, how can I get this problem resolved?*

                    Nokia N-5610 Xpress Time — Bad Piece

                    Dear Sir,

                    MY Nokia N-5610 mobile phone with IMEI no [protected] which is under warranty has been switching off on its own from the time I have purchased it in Sep 2008. Its LCD display and rollers had malfunctioned and has been changed twice. Again the phone switches off on start. I have given it to Borha Communications Nokia Care Ahmedabad and they have sent the instrument to Delhi again ( it had been sent to Delhi for repairs earlier also). My present Job Sheet no is[protected]/090720/37. Kindly replace this piece as I have got fed up of visiting Nokia care.

                      I am an owner of a Nokia N81 which i bought 1 month ago.The phone IMEI number is [protected].At that time the Navi Wheel of the phone was working perfectly.But now, the navi wheel mostly dosent work.Even if it works, it works extremely slowly and ineffectively.When i went to the Nokia Care in Ashok Nagar, in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, they were confused and told me that Nokia N81 was not equipped with a Navi Wheel.When I insisted and finally brought the book and showed them that Nokia N81 has that feature they said that they have no information about it and told me to call some number and ask.My question is, if the people in Nokia Care are so ignorant about Nokia products, then whats the point of employing them? They claim they work for your company and yet dont know the basic things about the company.So i would like to request you to therefore look into this matter and do something about the nokia care employees and at the same time, repair or replace my navi wheel so that i do not have any inconvenience in future.

                        Hi,

                        Recently I Bought NOKIA 2505 . within 2 months the mobile was not able to switch on and off. the display keeps blinking and gives only white display.
                        I gave it to NOKIA Care, Marathalli, Bangalore, India within 3 months of purchasing . they sent it to Chennai .and after 20 days when I called them they said they could not Repair it and I can take it back. in even worse condition.
                        Is this fair ? I did not have such a bad expectation from sucha renowned company.

                          We have purchaseed Nokia 2760 in the month of March. The handset has several problems. Sometimes it just gets hanged, and the keyboard doesnot work. And now there is no light in the mobile. We are unable to read on the screen as there is no light.

                          Pls. let us know the address of the dealer in Pune, where we cab either get it repaired or exchanged for a new set.

                          I had purchased Nokia 2760 (IMEI [protected]) from BIG BAZAAR, Surat on 26/01/2008 at Rs. 3460/- Next day I installed Sim and found that there was no ringtone working when I tried to check it by making a call from my friend's mobile. On checking the ringtone files I found the message "files corrupted". Now the phone is totally dead. So what am I expected to do with this rubbish instrument. The mobile I purchased with the thought that its a well branded material and well known brand name but now it just seems to be a total farce. So I would like you to replace it immediately or return the cash with the expenses I am incurring in trying to contact you and ................the officials at BIG BAZAAR who donot even have the courtesy to pick up the phone when contacted.............

                          So I want you to replace or pay up at the earliest or I would be forced to move to the consumer court.

                          It was a defective piece, so I went to Nokia Care at Sector-2 Noida. I had to open a job sheet and Job Sheet No is: [protected]

                          I received SMS on Sep 23, 2008 that my handset has been repaired and was ready for pickup.

                          When i went to Nokia Care on 27th September for pickpu, I still found it defective. (Nokia care center address is A-78, Sector-2, Noida, UP.)

                          So I was told to file another request, which I did and the new job sheet number is [protected].

                          I received a sms that it has been repaired, and I went to collect it and found it in a bad shape. it was either replaced or man handled.

                          They acknowledged it and told me that they will replace it.

                          Issue is still unresolved.

                            my brother, who is working in dubai bought the mobile for me from Dubai-Royal World Mobilephones(L.L.C)dated 19-10-07.my phone is Nokia 5200, IMEI no.is [protected] and it is made in Hungary.on[protected], morning i found that the keypad is not working/working out of order.i was residing in trichur, kerala, india...so i bring my phone to ''Nokia Care centre-TRIHUR''-TC-X1X/122/8&9, FIRST FLOOR, ACHUS CENTRE, POOTHOLE, THRISSUR-680004, PH:[protected].they said that, it is the problem of keypad software, and the charge will Rs.500/-then i thought it is the right place, that i choose and it is nokia's authorised centre no?on[protected]. I received my mobile back.but, on[protected], the mobile shows the same fault.I am a state Govt.employee, so i didn't get time to go for a complaint.i took mobile on[protected], morning to that same nokia care centre. But, they told me tomorrow it will be ok.but, when i called them, they were busy to talk with me and said that it is hardware problem, then i asked, two weeks ago, keypad working is software problem and now it is hardware problem.?how can i beleive that?
                            so sir you please check it out .Nokia Care -trichur is behaving indecently and is it your company"s authorised station?now the phone is really a headache for me.in future i will not purchase a nokia mobile because of the'' trichur nokia care ''.

                                My name is Sanjiv Shyam, I am from Chandan-nagar, jorhat, Assam. I bought a Nokia N91 on 23 June 2007. In my mobile always handsfree icon is shown in the screen and I have to talk in handsfree without it i cant receive any call this is my actual problem of my mobile.So i had given my mobile in jorhat nokia servicing center for reparing on 17 June 2008 it was under warrenty period, They send the mobile to guwahati for repairing.I made regular enquire for my mobile but after 2months they told me that they cant repair my mobile so they will replace it with a nokia N73 and on 21 August 2008 They gave me a Nokia N73 with 2GB memory card but they did not gave any battery and my old battery does not fit in N73.They told me to buy the battery so at that time they cannot check the mobile.On 25th August 2008 I bought the battery for the N73 but when i switch on the mobile the same problem of my N91 occoured so next day on 26 August 2008 again i gave the mobile to the Servicing center and Today 12september 2008 when i went to enquire about the mobile then they told me that i have to pay them Rs.1200 for reparing the mobile, but they told me earlier that i have a online warrenty from August 2008 to August2009.So please help me out of this problem the people of the Nokia Servicing Center of Jorhat now does not give any importance to my problem they try to neglect my problem.For reference i am giving my Jobsheet number Of the two mobile Phone one is N91 and the other is N73.

                                  I am writing this complaint today after great deal of inconvenience and trouble I faced on buying a 'trusted' Nokia phone. For about six months, the phone worked fine but soon after, it started giving me problems...ranging from poor sound quality to bad quality pictures to camera not working at all! Next logical step, I took it to the Nokia Care center at Green Park. ... And it did not end there...after sevaral visits spanning a couple of months, I still have a phone (swapped one) which I cannot use as the technicians gave it to me without checking it properly, not to mention that they also failed to rectify my original phone!Till date my swapped phone is still lying with the company under Jobsheet no.---[protected].

                                  This is not expected out of a reputed and robust company. Pls do something about it ASAP.

                                  Sir, I regret to inform you about poor response from your NOKIA dealer / Care Center. I purchased NOKIA 5310 ESN.IMEI No. [protected] Product code 0565054 GSM from M/s. Maruti Electronics Gandhidham vide Book No.169 / Inv. No 16899 dtd[protected] costing 8200 including VAT. Within 2 days screen gone and handed to Sainath Mobile Care, Gandhidham, JobSheet No.[protected]/090425/18 ASC 531_504867, Today is[protected] and till today I could not get clear possition. I'm fed up with your Care Centre as well as with your Dealer of Gandhidham. I launch complaint in no. of cumsumer care sites and also publish the same in all news media if I'll not get the response and corrective action in this regards. Awaiting your quick response.

                                  Nokia 5300 — unsatisfactory service

                                  Dear Sir/Madam

                                  I am very dis-satisfied with the services rendered by the Nokia shop at Madhu Vihar. I wish to bring this to your notice and hope some action will be taken.
                                  On the 10th of February 2010 I had given my cell phone Nokia 5300 for repair to Tele Junction – the Nokia shop at Madhu Vihar. He had said the phone could not be repaired at the shop and would have to be sent to the service centre. The executive at the shop, Mr. Vikas Verma said that the phone would be returned by 8 p.m. on the 11th. He said estimated charge would be 500 Rs. If the charge was more then the service centre would ring up to verify if the job was to be done or not. An advance of Rs. 112/= was taken and he said this money would be deducted from the bill if the phone was repaired. However if we did not want the phone repaired the amount given would be charged as engineers fee. We agreed to it. However I have a number of grievances.:-

                                  1. The phone was to be returned on 11th but when I rang up to inquire he said the phone would be given on 12th. On 12th he said the phone would be given on 13th. On 13th the man on the phone said vikas was not there and would be back in 15 mts. I told him to call back which he did not. I was also told that the phone has not returned from the service center. On 14th morning I went to the shop and the repaired phone was given to me. I asked why was I told last night at 8.30 pm that the phone has not come back yet. He said the cab comes at 9 p.m. I want to know why 8 p.m. time was given to me when the cab comes at 9. Mr. Vikas said he had rung me up to tell the phone was repaired and that I could collect it. This was a lie, I was never called (the telephone records can easily verify this) on the 13th. Why no information about the delay was given when they ask for a contact number. The number is not to be given for decorative purposes. The number given was my husband’s – Mr. K.P.Gupta – the name on the bill.

                                  2. Secondly he said the charges were 593. When I paid him 500 Rs and asked him to deduct 112 from the final bill he said no, the 112 was not to be returned. I asked him why he had lied and he again lied and said that he had said the 112 would not be returned. In that case why was the 112 not shown in the bill. Secondly, If my maths is right the amt. then was 593+112=705. This is not less than 500. In that case why had the service centre not rung me upto ask if I was willing to pay more than the amount stipulated (estimated to be 500 plus taxes on the jobcard)?. He had no answer to that. I am not grudging the money, which I have paid but the fact that I was cheated – if the charge was to be 1000 I would have paid it willingly if I had been told in advance that I would have to pay so much.

                                  I am sure that Nokia has a very good reputation and would like to love to live up to it. I would be glad if you looked in to the matter and informed me of your conclusion.

                                  Nokia — Defective product and poor service

                                  Dear All,

                                  I am very sorry to inform you but the services whcih I am getting is very poor.

                                  I have bought Nokia X2 on 30th October 2010 within 2 months there was some problems found in that and I went to Nokia care and submitted the same to get it repaired I was told I will get the same back in 12 days which dint happen and I got the same back after a month.

                                  Later in the month of Feb I faced and issue with headphones I get it replaced again as the same was in warranty period.

                                  last week again I faced similar issues in my headphones I went to Nokia care again and I ask them why this headset is giving problems, to my surprise I was told that this headset is diffective and they are getting regular complains on the same. I gave a call to Nokia care centre on[protected] to get a good quality headset as my headset warranty will be expired on[protected] months warranty for accessories).

                                  My complain was taken on[protected] and I was given a complain no 1-[protected]. I was told that my issue will be resolved in 48hrs. I dint never got even a single call after which I gave a call again on[protected] I was assured by teleofficer that he will arrrange a call back from his senior before 9:00pm same day whcih again dint happen.

                                  I dint received any call till 4:00pm on 30th March 2011. I got a call after 4:30 pm when I was watching Cricket with my family. Later on 31st morning when I called again I was managed to speak to senior officer named Rajveer who told me that his disignation is floor supervisor, Post speaking to him he assured me a call from technical team by 5:00 pm.

                                  This was the third time when thy have failed from their commitments. Post which I again gave a call at 6:30 I was told that a person named Manish is taking care of my case I emphasised to connect my call to him, after a long negotiation with teleofficer my call was connected to Manish. When I spoke to manis I was thought he is the person who will resolve my issue, but to my surprise he was a floor supervisor I got frustrated and I asked him when my issue will be resolved he stated that he is Escalating my issue and I will again receive a call from Escalation officer in 48 working hrs I asked him to tell me the exact TAT which he explained after my force that 48 working hours is 4 working days to get a call from Escalation officer.

                                  My questions to you is.

                                  1. Is I have done a mistake by buying Nokia Phones?

                                  2. Why if the headset is diffective Nokia is not taking corrective measures?

                                  3. Why his consumers need to complain for its product once in every two months from the date of purchase.

                                  4. What is Customer care support is for? Does an Escalation call needs 4 days to actually call and provide the resolution of complain?

                                  5. When a consumer is complainig for a particular accessories why the same is replaced which again spoiled?

                                  Hope this becomes an eye opener for Nokia and I hope to get some positive reverts from your end.

                                    this is to bring in your kind notice that my nokia phone 3110c had stopped working completely and not able to switch it on. It was bought on 09/02/2008 and is stilll in warranty period. We had submitted this phone to NRI Communications Lajpat Nagar2, NEW DELHI. The feedback we have received after 12 days is that the handset is tampered and refused to repair. I am not able to understand that my phone was not subjected to any any short circuit and was not fallen off anywhere. The people in customer care were completely ill mannered. They were not able to telll that due to what reasons my phone got tampered.

                                      WHEN I ASKED TO HIM " TO WHOM I HAVE TO TALK ? GIVE THE NAME & ADDRESS OF THAT PERSON IN NOKIA SO I WILL TALK TO HIM.

                                      Nokia 6275 CDMA — New Mobile Set of one month is in a position of repairing

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      I had purchesed a Nokia 6275 CDMA handset of RSN no-RNKMQI396096 on 11/12/2008 and soon afer one month suddenly it stopped detecting the UIM card(reliance sim).when i visited the nearest nokia care they kept the phone with them(Job Sheet No.[protected]/090121/42) telling that it has a problem with the chipset board and it will take a long time to repair...now think someone purchesed a set worth Rs.9000 for a mental satisfaction that he had got the best one now the result is in front of him...Now every one knows that as it is manufactured by NOKIA its each and every electronics part can be repaired by them or it can be replaced, but why i'll go for it? It is not their duty to replace the faulty one with a new set as i was purchesed just one month ago?
                                      Hope my problem can be understood, expecting a genuine justice from your side not repeating the earlier words again!!!
