[Resolved]  Nokia Care — harrassed by service

Dear Sir,
i gave my nokia 7710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care preet vhar new delhi. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that keypad is missing &they told that its from their noida office.again they asked me to come after few days. wheni got my cell i found that they have placed keypad but it is not working.i finally decided not to give it to repair again, and took it with me.
its been more that 1 & half month i gave my cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 6 times, it had several problems creted from nokia care's side.they just upgraded software & in return following were problem created by them.these are...
1. network problem
2. sound of speakers deteroid.
3. vibrator not working.
4. keypad not working.
Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but in return the above 4 problems they created & i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

My Nokia 6020 mobile which i given it to the nokia care in Meerut city for repairing your team told me that ur mobile will be ok after repairing I submitt it in 16/2/09 they told me that you can recive ur mobile in evening same date when i contact in evening they told me u can receve it next day now i am very engry for ur service ur team are confusing me they told me now on date 19/2/09 that ur mobile can not reapair first of all they told me u will paid the nokia of Rs.300 but they cheat me why...

I want suitable answerd emidaitly.

Dear Sir,
I also have a complaint about my Nokia 6500 set.The IMEI no. of the handset is [protected]. It wasn't working properly few days after it was purchased. There was a spot on the display and the phone was hanging repeatedly. Thereafter i lodged a complaint at Nokia Care, Aligarh but haven't got any positive response even after 2 months. I had lodged a complaint at the Nokia Care center on 29/12/08. My handset is still with Nokia Care.

I'd bought my Nokia 6030 in 2006.
Its been functioning fine till recently when I noticed its BL5C battery swollen in its center. Need your suggestions as to whether its safe for me to continue using this battery.

i am havin nokia 5300 imei no[protected] bought in aug 2007.when i m talkin on the phone then its havin some outgoing voice problem.its mic or somrthing is wrong .i dont knw tht bt the voice is not goi from the mobile.for this problem i have already given phone to nokia care three times once in warranty period n other two times out of warranty in 6 month span n still i m havin the same problem.this time i am really got pissed off with nokia.this is the first time i am facing problem with nokia after using so many nokia phone.if you can do something on this matter i would be really gratefull to you.

This is to inform you that i had given nokia 3120c for repair in nokia care wz-200, Bajaj Tower, opp. Rajiv motors, jail road, new Delhi-110058 in the name of mr.ashok on 10th march.First of all, i would like to tell you that service is totally pathetic. We hav gt r phone repaired only after blackmailing.Instead i found my 1GB Kingston memory card missing from my phone.when i asked them abt the memory card, they showed me the job sheet on which was printed battery mmc backcover not received but they didnt give me any memory card at the submission time.i cudnt eject the mmc at the time of submission.Atleast they should hav checked wht was printed on the job sheet at submission time.I think they hav deliberately done this. I am really very disappointed with wht they hav done.They wer nt even ready to find the card.Instead they wer arguing with me.I would request you to take some strict action against them and reply me as soon as possible.

I m Vikas Rai, i m using your phone N73M. I purchased it last year, after some months its performance is becoming bad. I gave it to ur sevice center, but after repairing after some time same problem is repeating. After some months its keys and joystick not working. I again gave it sevice center, but they solve only the keys. Then its FM Radio, Joystick, network failure, not proper voice during communication, hanging, network drop like problem orrucing in my mobile. I don't understand what they have done. Then i gave again it to service center. I only want that my problem should resolve and my mobile will get in good condition.

Nokia — Misbehaviour and fraud service

I m carryin a phone nokia model n72...i had encounterd a problem in it..regarding the messages and call settingz...the phne ws just need 2 formatted...i wasnt able ta send or recieve any..messages nor was able ta view any call log detailz...i had visited the nokia care center at karol bagh New Delhi...110005...
i had showed them the phne ...the person concered who offered 2 deal with ds problem said dat the some software has 2 b changed in phne...so he charged us 650/-...4 dat...he gave us the cell back within hardly 5 minutes sayin that the required repair has been done in the phne...n he refused give us the...bill and even the...job sheet detailz...sayin dat ds is not recommended 2 b given 2 ne customer by ne of the nokia.care centres...but the very nxt v encountered the same problem in the..phne..n saw that nthin ws formatted in the phne...it was still the same..v went dr again n asked 4 the bill...n even the job sheet bt instead of satisfyin us with polite wordz...the memberz...started abusing us...and began 2 misbehave..with us...the matter went vry harsh that 1 of them...even came forward ta hit us...4 just ds reason dat they wont provide us with ne proof...a complaint has been launched against that fellow...in d nearby police station dn n dr itself...i would like u 2 inform me...as 2 what kind of an action can b possible with such a behaviour...
i m enclosing some kinda information provided 2 us by them...

yes the complaint is justified...I hav been facing the same problem with my Nokia5310 over n over again. No permanent solution has been given to me till now, hav got my cell repaired thrice..aug08, Nov08 and then in Mar09...they just upgrade the software...if asked abt the re-occurent problem, the nokiacare people say they cant do anything about it...only the software has to be upgraded. I mean once my phone is out of warrenty, i will hav to pay Rs.250 each time I face this same problem. Its pathetic...I need a permanent solution...they care a damm about the after sales service.

the first look in gsmarena.com i told myself that ill buy this phone only...

i wanted to change my phone...but i waited for 5800 launch in INDIA for almost 4-5 months...each day searching for some new news about 5800 on net

i ws so crazy about the piece...

nd as soon as itws launched i purchased it within a week or 2...


sir from the 1st day i started facing problem...
first day while talking the voice fluctuated automaticly...
nokia care changed the speaker in my brand new cell coz of this prob...

i ws disappointed nd thaught it ws useless to waight 4 this cell so long i would have bought other on from other brand.

read user openion on net nd found not only me but many were facing the same prob...how can nokia have such a big manufacturing defect in premium class phone manufacture...


after a month its started hanging, proximity sensor didnt response well.as call comes i tale out my phone, th cell vibrates but screen shoes nothing its blank...
i thaught it might b a software prob.nd new software ws out V20 i updated it...problem ws solved


now again after few days.suddenly while unlocking phone i saw the screen ws not responding nd showed horizental lines. i thaught might be small prob...
but it increased day by day now it frequently happend while unlocking my phone screen flickerd nd shoed only horizental lines..

i ws too angry on this thing nd took it to nokia care.nokia care replied nd said this is no software problem.this type of prob is faced in some pieces off 5800 yesterday only we had one of this...nd now it has been 10 days i dont have my cell.coz it had been sent to delhi(capital city) for repairing...

what is this nokia i had to chang my too main hardware parts along wth 1 software update in just 4 months of purchase...

sory to say but i have stoped advicing the people i come in contact to buy nokia cell phones.
where i ws the 1st to advice to buy only nokia cell.after using 6670 which ws my 1st phone

nokia is very proud of selling 2.6 million cell phones in quater but what about customer like me who have to run to nokia care frequently leving all other job aside to take care of my 5800(the piece for which i waited for 4-5 months..nd thento ws scolded by family for buying this expensive phone)
nd this ws again the problem faced not only by me but by many nokia customer who r realy disapaointed by nokia for such big problems in new phone(i found this when i read user openion on net)

we purchased this cell so early coz we wanted to be unique in the population holding 5800 but...now, what to say now...

i complained to nokia care but ws not satisfied nd wanted that this complain to rise nd go in the main department of nokia so published it here...
