sir i m very shocked and depressed to bring this to you. i am victim of nokia care, sector2, noda, i had given a nokia phone set no 5200, to get it repared at nokia care centre on 3rd april, there was some out going call problem in which i was not able to hear the voice of person whom i was calling.they told me that estimated cost of phone would be rs 700.i agreed to pay said amount and deposited the phoe.i was told to get back my phone on 5th.notwithstanding my regular iquiry they told me on 10th( i week after the depositing date)that cost would be 2000 i diid not give my consent n asked to return my phone in samea condition in which it was received. when i went to collect my phone on 15th, i found that voice was not coming even in incoming call n speaker was missing.when i brought this to officer they refused to take my complain.now i have decided to take legal action against nokia care. i have been harrased mentely n phisicaly to. plz take my problem. thanks

I Neeraj maurya user of nokia1650 had complaint to my nearist Nokiacare center ehich is in Bahraich(U.P).The complaint was about that my charger was not working, so they gave me a job.But unfortunately, i lost the jobsheet.Dear Sir I m not in a position to find it.I informed it to above Nokia care and gave an application regarding the case, as i mentioned.But I didnt got any response.So its a kind request to you that please solve my problem.i mention all my details below:

Nokia 1650 — Non-Repair of Mobile

Sir,
Mobile set No. [protected] was purchased from M/S Emm Ess Regrigeration 38- Dhillon Marg, Model Town, Patiala vide their invoice No. 584 dated- May/2008, due to battery problem it was taken to Nokia Care Opp: Head Post Office, Patiala for repair. The concerned agency has replaced the battery after 8-10 days but the problem was since present. The battery was replaced two times but the problem is as such. The mobile set is still under repair and the concerned Nokia Care Opp: Head Office, Patiala had assured me to resolve the problem and set will be delivered to me on[protected]. ( Copy of service job sheet no.[protected]/081022/23 is enclosed), but till today i.e.[protected] my set is not repaired. It is once again requested that strict action should be taken otherwise I shall go for case before Consumer Court.

dear, this is very shocking, the same happend with me where nokia filand replied but indian concern are traceless

nokia1650 — asking charge during warranty period

We have purchased this mobile in authorized centre with warrenty. We have paid more than the market
price to cover warrenty.

Now this mobile is in warrenty period.

There was a complaint of improper functioning of mobile and we approached Nokia Care service centre
and told this mobile is in warrenty period. They have not taken the mobile citing that the mobile is liquid logged and we have to pay the service charges.

We have to agree the mobile as liquid logged to take our mobile for service.

Even in warrenty period they want to charge that is why they insist as liquid logged.

They have not changed any part but they want Rupees 200 for repair.

If they replace any part we are ready to pay but without that for servicing they want service charge in
warrenty period. Then why they issue warrenty and it found to be fraud.

I have made this complaint in phone to nokiacareline banglore and they also told us that if it is liquid logged you need to pay and it will not cover in warrenty.

But it i am complaining they are taking the mobile only in this liquid logged category to collect the
service charge.

my nokia 1650 is having a problem of display my phone is ringing but i dont know who is calling so please tell what to do to this problem

i am sachin verma working in national judicial academy bhopal a property of suprem court of india. i have got nokia1650 from our academy.but the mobile set are not functioning properly. i gave my moblile three time in nokia care bhopal.one time m.p.nagar bhopal and two time malviya nagar bhopal.right now they told me your mobile is under swap .and also nokia care executive told me we will give you stand by mobile if you are not getting mobile with in one month but todayalmost 52 day gone i did not get stand by mobile or my swap mobile which is not not received till date 4/07/09.

nokia1650 — Pathetic Service by Nokia Care

Helo Sir/Madam

I brought Nokia1650 phone on 24/03/08 and since then
i have given thrice that phone for repairing during warranty period for the same problem.
They repaired it and gave it to me but now warranty period has expired and
the same problem still persist. This time when i went to Nokia care Centre they charging me for Repair.

My query is that if same problem continues from the warranty period is it not their responsibilty to repair it without any charge. If not then can you explain me where customer is at fault...

Who had put in their entire belief on the authenticity of the Nokia Product...

I have submitted my handset battery at the dated of 26/06/09 my job sheet no is[protected]/090626/63 at lajpatnagar Nokia service center.there staff said that it will returned by 10 to 15 days.but till now i am not get my battery.when i called them that concerned person is not interested to talk & cut the phone.
Pls take the correct action about the lajpat nagar service center (N.D) & ensure me at which date i get my mobile battery because there service impact the company"s reputation.

I had submitted my mobile 1650 with Durga Communication (NOKIA CARE CENTRE)126 MALL ROAD KINGSWAY CAMP DELHI 110009 ON 26/08/2009, AS THE MOBILE WENT OUT OF ORDER. THE COMPANY RECEIVED THE SET AND CHECKED INSIDE THEIR PREMISES. AFTER ABOUT ONE HOUR OF WAIT, THE NOKIA CARE PEOPLES ASKED US TO PRODUCE THE BILL AS THEY WAS SOME SOFTWARE PROBLEM IN THE MOBILE. I HAD REQUESTED TO PREPARE THE RECEIPT FOR THE MOBILE AND I WILL SHOW THE BILL AFTER RECEVING IT FROM MY YOUNGER BROTHER WHO IS PRESENTLY IN BHATINDA UNDER GOING BE DEGREE. THE REQUEST ACCEDED AND JOB SHEET NO. 10448 DATED 26/08/2009 WAS GOT ISSUED TO ME. I AGAIN APPROACHED THE OFFICE OF DURGE COMMUNICATION WITH BILL DATED 30/08/2008, SO AS TO RECEIVE THE MOBILE, BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE BILL AS TODAY IS 09TH SEPTEMBER 2009 AS THE VALIDITY IS VALID ONLY UPTO 30/08/2009. I REQUESTED THEM TO GIVE THE SAME IN WRITING AND AFTER WRITING THREE LETTERS ON THE JOB SHEET THEY REFUSED TO WRITE FURTHER, AND DIRECT ME TO EITHER PAY FOR THE CHARGES FOR REPAIR OR TAKE THE JOB SHEET BACK WITH BILL. I RECEIVED THE JOB SHEET AND BILL BACK FROM DURGA COMMUNICATION AND ANTICIPATING EARLY ACTION IN THIS REGARD HAD APPRSIED YOU WITH THE TRUE AND CORRECT SEQUEL OF FACTS, SO THAT THE COMPANY CAN VERIFY THE WORKING OF THE DURGA COMMUNICATION AND TAKE ACTION ACCORDINGLY. I WILL BE HIGLY OBLIGED IF THE COMPANY ALSO APPRISE THE UDNERSIGNED WITH THE ACTION SO TAKEN IN THIS REGARD, OBLIGE.

My Mobile lost on 15.11.2010 of NOKIA 1650 via No.[protected] about 11 pm & call Customer Care of TATA Docomo [protected] & [protected] for tracing mobile & launch Complaint but still not launch & recd.duplicate card on 16.11.2010 but at that time my mobile was ring ing & Lost about Rs.3500/-& Business Loss Rs.5000/-.
