Nokia E7 — Nokia is not solving my phone problem and at care due to irresponsibility they done my phone dead

My Mobile is under warrenty and due to problem i took it to Nokia

care. My phone has display problem but at the time of dilavery i

reached Nokia Care. They introduce new problems and my phone dead and

said that your phone has a problem and all.

Nokia — Phone Does not Work

Hello,

I bought this phone, couple of months back and it hasnt been

working right since day one. The problem is that during an

active call the phone stops and you hear a buzzing sound and

then it restarts again. This activity takes place for 20 odd

seconds and is very annoying as it is prevailing for every

third call i make. There is no pattern as to when the phone

gets stuck, it just ends for long calls as well as for short

calls.

Unfortunately after buying the phone, i had to go out of

station for about a week and i was not able to report it to my

Nokia Priority Dealer untill about a week, he refused

replacement. He asked me to give the phone to him for couple of

days to use. After that he said there is no problem, but when i

took it back home, the same problem persists. I have contacted

Nokia Priority Center twice and they also took for couple of

days and reformatted the system but to no use.

They all Claim that the phone does not hang ( as if i am a mad

guy or liar trying to create issues with them). I cant sit with

them all the time and show them when it hangs. Please help me

out.

yogesh sharma tell me 48 hr is our responcibility for mobile i am from nalagardh and nalagardh to chandigardh is 75 km
on 29-07-08 my mobile was dead and i am bussy for my work and if i will try to reach to chandigardh i will reach at at near about 10.00 pm that time shop wll close i prefer to not go to chandigardh and think next day morning i will talk with them
on 30-07-08 i talk on bombay photo sales he was change his statemeant i am helpless u have to go to customer care

i was go to ropar customer care and deposit my cell and get jobsheet number that time light is not avalable he give me hand writing jobsheet which i was send u and he tell me that i have to check this instrumeant i will inform u later on



can u tell me what is my fault and within 48 hr. ur product is dead then who is responcible for that and my birthday is 30-07 i have disappoint on my birthday
can u tell me what is the meaning of buy ur product this is my birthday gift from my wife she is also disagree from ur side

i have to spend full day for my phone then also i am not satisfy
nokia can do mistake and no action

Nokia — Problematic New Phone

I purchased this Nokia 5800 Express Music phone(IMEI-[protected]) on 16-3-09. I registered first complaint with in a week for which Noida Care, Sec. 2, Noida deleted complete data saying it needed software updates.
Then I reported that the phone is not accepting my SIM. I was told it was because of card problem as the phone is a High End phone. I got my SIM replaced through Vodafone twice.
The problem persisted. When I went the third time(within 15 days of buying), now the Service Centre is saying a part is damaged because of insertion of card. So:
- Since this was not reported first time, something happened from Centre's end
- Error reported second time was same as the third one
- No warranty is provided by centre now and repair estimate is rediculusly high (6000/-).

Now, is there a way by which I can complaint same to Nokia without taking the legal path?

Nokia — problem in device

Dear all,

I bought nokia handset 3120c warranty ref number (Apainy[protected] and IMEI number ([protected]) in the month of Jan 2009.

Now from last three months I am really fad up from your handset problems so that I visited one of your repairing center that is situated in borivali (w).mumbai

They took my handset for repairing (job sheet number is [protected]/32 on dated 29th Oct 2009 and return me in next three days. Now again I am facing the same problem even more complicated.

Boss I am suffering from this handset last so many days and I have other thing to do. Please look in this matter. And resolve the query.

If you will not look out than I should take a necessary action against you.

I have purchased a Nokia X3 IMEI No.[protected] from HotSpot, sion on 20.06.2010. On 11.11.2010 my cell phone's display not working properly i.e. blank display then i am approaching NOKIA Care Service Centre, M/s.R.S.Telecom Hindmata Branch they told me that your cell phone have a liquid damage so you are payable whatever service provide by us, after 5 days they given my repaired cell phone with Rs.350/- for service charges and said, the cell phone is not working due to software problem and they are updated latest version software in my cell phone. After a day i realise my camera is not working properly then once again i am approaching that Service Center they once again told me that your cell phone is not properly working due to liquid damage and we can't repair. In view of above, i am approaching branch manager and she said whenever liquid problem arise Nokia Service center charge on any problem occured but the M/s.R.S. Telecom tendency is not good because they are treated all the customer with liquid problem. Now she told me that the cell phone can't repair and sell the cell phone/throw in dustbin they are arrogant people working in R.S. Nokia — Not Solving the problem

Hi,

I bought the nokia 2730 Classic from Bohra Communication, Nokia dealer vide invoice CR-07842 dated November 03, 2010, with warranty of 12 month but, the cell phone.

When I approached to Nokia care due to battery was getting heated, same time the Maps installed in place of Life tools by Nokia care center. When i am clicking the maps, automatic folder are getting created in my memory card and consuming my memory card's memory unusually.

I again was approached to same Nokia care, they replied this will happens generally but they are not convince me how this is happens and they blamed that “you might have repaired phone some where else

Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously...... and hope you will solve very soon.....!!!

hi i m anoop..i buy nokia 5233 five months back..and phone start doing trouble after 2 days of its purcase ..and when i give my phone to nokia service centre they give me bill of 900 hundred rupees inspite of my phone is in warranty..i paid them money bt again phone has same problem ..i complaint them regularly bt they does not respnded...i bought this phone from my hard earned money and i want money back ..plaz help me

Nokia E7 — Unable to sign in while setting Rediffmail in Nokia E7

While setting the rediffmail in Nokia E7 the error comes "Unable to Sign in".This is happening after upgrading with Anna.

Nokia — not resolving the problem in the new phone

I had been regular user of nokia for the last 10 years,recently i have purchased nokia E-6 on 29/08/11,but after 15-20 days phone's mass memory got erased itself and was unavailable. after that phone was submitted to nokia care saharanpur (U.P)on 21/09/11 and phone was sent to company.
after that phone was given to me on 29/09/11 with motherboard swaped by company,since then also the phone was not working properly and was again submitted to nokia care on 11/10/11 and nokia care told me to again sent the phone to company.
I had been regular user of nokia for the last 10 years, recently i have purchased nokia C-2 on 05/10/11, but after 15-20 days phone system applications are very very slowly opened and in this duel Sim card facility is no use because only one network getting signal another one is not getting coverage.
I have been a Nokia phone user for the last 12 years. I recently bought the Nokia N8 in February 2011 it’s within its warranty. The phone started giving me trouble after 7 months of me using it. I recently went to the Nokia Service center in Borivali and spoke to them about the faults .i.e. the phone restarts, Hangs, Network issues. . They first did a software re flash thinking that would solve the issue that did not. Then they told me that they need to keep my phone to check what the problem was they took my phone for 2 days rather than 1. After which they then said that there are faults with the phone and they need to send it to the Head Office in Delhi. The phone was there for another 15 -17 days. Apparently they replaced the mother board in the phone. I just got it from them. Switched the phone on and started using it. Guess what same issues. In a span of 2 days my phone has restarted 4 times. Still missing calls as told by others as they can’t get through my number because of Network Issues and during a call the phone still restarts.

Please Help I Don’t know what to do .Before my phone goes out f warranty. Please advice.

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which was found that it has come up to the market after production with certain technical problems. The NETWORK SIGNALS are vanishing automatically. Then after removing the battery and refixing it, Minimum network signal level only comes.The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very HIGHER price, by viewing the television advertisement, on 1st of DEC 2011 from PUDUCHERY (UNIVERCEL PVT, LTD) For your kind info i would like to make a clear note that the above mentioned mobile was given to the nearest NOKIA CARE for the above said problem, Though the issue isn't resolved as (Yet til today)...we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the (WHOLE FRESH UNIT) at the earliest. Dear Sir,

I am Rounak Thakkar, i have purchased Nokia C6-00 handset in the month of jan 2011. From the time i purchased my phone there is always been issue regarding memory, when ever i used to serf net it use to show me error memory full close some application, even though my phone memory was free and memory card was also 1.8 GB free. Earlier i use to ignore this and i was not even able to open my image gallery there also same error use to show. I went to nokia care for more then 22 time and every time they use to update my software but aft every few days same issue, i even formatted my data. My set was send to factory more then 3 times, last time i got a call from head office and i was told that if further there is any problem in ur handset we will replace ur and set. the very next day same issue occur. My phone is again send to nokia care my job sheet no:[protected]/120120/30 my handset is not replaced even after confirmation from head office. Its been very frustrating that every time i am facing the same issue, they made false promise of replacement.
Please look into the matter, i have faced huge problem without my handset even no proper back up handset was giving to me. Every time they take my cell for 10-15 working days, its very difficult to manage without my phone for such a long period. even my battery is not working more then 4 hours and the battery issue is not yet solved.

Please look into the matter, i would be very thankful if my issue is resolved.

Nokia — handset issue

Dear Sir,

My handset (nokia C6-01) which i bought just two months before is not working, flash light of camera is not working so i submitted it to nokia care in ghatkopar and it was sent to delhi head office for repair on 28th of Jan and i suppose to recv it yesterday,but today i recvd a call from nokia care stating that the issue is the same and still the camera flashlight is not working can you please explain what exactly your engineers have diagnosed as after 10 days there is the same problem, please help...
