[Resolved]  Nokia Mobile Company — Complaint about poor customer service and refusal to accept phone for repair in warranty period.

Dear sir, My self Dinabandhu Palai, I hearby wish to raise a complaint against NOKIA for not owning up the pathetic service provider by their nokia care unit. I have purchased a Nokia C2-00 mobile phone from Dalai communication,Block square,Brahamgairi,Puri,Odisha on 25th march 2012 which IMEI no. are [protected],[protected] and retail invoice number is 924.After using 10days i found it hangs and restart automatically. Many times it happens,one day it switched off and does not restart then i went to your authorized nokia care at Balagandi Square,Puri,Odisha with my mobile phone and its orginal Bill on 14th april 2012. When i explained my problem they just took my mobile ,opened it infront of me and said that we can't repair it and returned to me.When i asked about this matter and told them to repair my phone or replace it as it just only 21 days old.they were very ill-mannered and ill-bread.The concern person even went to the extent of telling me to take my phone back and refused to accept my mobile phone for repaire rude voice. I am still not able to believe how can a brand like NOKIA give such a ridicolous solution to the problem.My mobile which is well in warranty period is being returned back saying it is unrepairable and i am supposed to accept this with a smile and laud nokia for its wonderful customer care??? I am extremely harassed by expereincing this type of service provide by the Nokia.Therefore i request to the concern authority to look into the matter and do the needful otherwise people will loose faith on you.
