Amount paid: Rs. 9300/=
Not working properly and the set was submitted to the Company's Care centre on above address 3 times during 3 months of purchase for the same complain,but nothing is rectified.The mobile switches off very frequently while on operation like voice call or typing messages.On Travel it remains switches off all the time.The set was set to company during last complain but nothing corrected.Set was deposited with the care centre on 05.08.10, 22.08.10 and on29.09.10.It is not working now.Completely fed up to run to the care centre frequently.Want a NEW SET in place of it.

I am a regular Nokia mobile user.I have purchased for me and all my family members about 17 sets till date.But after my last set, Nokia 7610, which was stolen on 5th july 2010, I purchased the NOKIA E63 set.This set gives lot of problem.It switches off frequently and cant use while on travel mostly to out side states .the previous set Nokia 7610 was a good set.Now i am planning to go to Samsung and other products for the bitter experience with NOKIA SALES AND SERVICE after depositing this E63 set THREE times within 3 months of purchase with NOKIA CARE.Will never recommend any for purchase of NOKIA
