my name is ragupathi, am living in dharmapuri. i used nokia n95 model mobile , i have given nokia service center at dharmapuri, last month 18.08.2012, job sheet no 472. problem is SECONDARY CAMERA not working, but they are answering to me till date 17.09.12 yet not ready the mobile .so not received my mobile,

NOKIA N95 — Poor functioning of camera

I bought a N95 Nokia phone which boasts a 5 megapixel camera but the quality of still pictures I am getting is poorer than pictures taken with a 2 MP camera. I had chosen this phone over all others just because of the camera but am very disappointed at its dismal performance. It appears that the flash and the camera are not synchronized properly as a result of which the pictures are very dark. I would like Nokia to look into this. Please let me know who I should get in touch with in India to resolve this problem.

Hi,
I purchased my N[protected] just before I had baby thinking that I would have very high end phone and I will capture every moment of my baby spending 28000/-. Just within 2 months my phones handsfree went bad. i went to service center which was over crowded and then after 2 hrs of waiting i got a chance to explain. they took 50 days to replace my hands free giving reason that there is no stock for the same. after 4 months memory card went bad when i went to submit that i was informed that it is covered under warranty for only 3 months.I had to shell out money though it was under warranty but as they mentioned under terms and conditions so I could not do anything about this. then since last 2 months (21 May 08) my phone is with service center getting repaired repeatedly. issue with my phone was it was recognizing handsfree at all. i updated my phone firmware where i could not restore my data which was backed up, there was no answer by contact center, rep could not give any solution rather than keep saying i understand and i understand. i managed to get my data by some other means so i went to service center. went there after 15 days as they suggested but there was no handsent avialble so i had to go after 3 days again, issue was not resolved still it was not recognizing, manager of service center was arguing that there is no issues with the phone then i went bought my friends hands free then she has to admitt that issue still persist. they kept the phone again for 10 days then finaly it got fixed however i had faulty handsfree left with me. just after 2 days i realised that phone is restarting frequenlty or freezing or music player does the same and name is not displayed on call or sms though they are saved in my contact list. to my surprise firmware was not getting updated stating that some problem with phone. went back to same service center again new job sheet was given, after 8 days when i went there i did not carry job sheet as i was rest assure that issue will persist. manager denied to hand over the phone to check as i may run away with handset, i got very upset after taking shoutings she finaly handed over to me to check, issue persisted showed her requested for replacement as its been 2 months, she denied and said that she can just take and send it to HO. she wanted me to submit complaint to care. called them spoke to so called manager who promised to callback on monday by 4. someone else called and informed that mobile is under repair and i can collect it from service center by friday, do i have to speak to a manger to get update about repair, cant i just get it done by contacting service center ?. i disconnected the call and called back care, 60 minutes of argument about putting the call over to manager's manager who was suppose to callback. rep is not in a situation to comment on past, present or future. finaly he made me so irrate that i cant really express. so i have decided to go legeal against nokia any assistance on this will be greatly appreciated. (Just 10% of my experiance to keep it short)

Nokia — mobile phone N 95 8GB

i bought nokia handset N95 8GB in december 2007 and in a 20 days time the cell got conked off.the screen was not visible.when complaint the nokia center they took the cell and gave a replacement after 45 days and the replaced cell got some problem in april and they said its water logged in the cell and there is no warranty.anyway since i had paid very dearly for this cell i agreed to pay for the service charge. now again the cell is giving trouble by being switched off on pressing any key.i am really sorry bthat i bought nokia N95 8GB.
nokia service center at kolkata are are useless and the company should take up the matter.

I have submitted my hand-set for repairs on the 24th July 2008 with an initial display problem. However later on (upon checking) it was reported that this problem was due to liquid logging and my warranty stands revoked. I came to your centre and the set was shown to me and I stood convinced to bear the charges announced to me.

After several follow-ups I was informed that the display problem persists and now the set has to be sent to the head office. On 10th August I received an SMS that the set has been repaired – so I came to your centre – only to realize that display problem continues to stay.

I now wait anxiously, when I’ll be receiving the set.

I see a definite disconnect some where and it is only centre like you who can make that difference by reporting the issue to the concerned personnel – to look into these delays and come up with solutions.

These high end set are advertised as virtual mobile office – and you will agree that with increasing dependence on the NOKIA technology – your clients get greatly inconvenienced and their work suffers when their mobiles go down for such delayed repairs.

Either it is a manpower issue or spare part issue – you have to look into your problems – and you are best equipped to do so also. However – the least I expect – is to have the centre head – come up and face your clients and listen to them.

Can I expect some sort of response to my problem…

Dear sir,

i have given my phone which is nokia n95 8gb for a software update to the companies care center at mohali punjab. first they told me it will take half n hour. when i was their after half n hour they told me to wait for another half n hour. after that they told me we have to send your phone to the company and you can get it within 7 days. i have given my phone on 23rd sep 2008 now its 10 oct 2008 and still i have no information where my phone is, weather the bug has been removed. no nothing. they told me to wait for another 7 days

do something about it. please help me on this issue. i am facing lot of problems.

Nokia N95 8gb — I am not satisfied with the job carried out on my handsets

Dear sir/madam

I have submitted my hand-set for repairs on the 31oct 2008 with an initial power on, off, date and timming
problem. I gone to your centred DURGA COMMUNICATION(NOKIA CARE CENTER) .They told me give you a new handsets because your handsets never repaired.I agreed this condition.when i gone service center 10NOV 2008 they was giving me a old and repaired(BAD CONDITION)handset and out of warranty this IMEI NO. is [protected] but i am not satisfied this replace sets.Then i complaited of NOKIA CARE LINE EXECUTIVE he told me give you a NEW HANDSETS NOKIA N95 8GB in 7 days.My NOKIA CARE LINE EXECUTIVE compt. no. is 2-3IGAA9 and my job sheet no. is[protected]/081031/29 and my handsets IMEI NO. is [protected].when i gone DURGA COMMUNICATION(NOKIA CARE CENTER) 126 mall road kingsway camp they not give me new handsets.

Nokia N95 8Gb — Listed Features are NOT in the phone

I bought this phone from Dubai. I've following complaints on this phone.
1. Battery is NOT an original one
2. In the menu inside the TOOLS option there's nothing called CONNECTIVITY; But the mannual of the phone says so. So I cant make video calls/Use Infared/ etc etc as all the commands relating to those features (according to the product mannual) exists inside the CONNECTIVITY option.

What shoul I do? If I upgrade the operating software of the phone will it solve my problem? (current software installed is V 20.0.016)
Please help me!

Subject:- Complaint regarding deficiency in service and repair of Nokia-Mobile 6300 . Model, IMEI-[protected].
Dear Sir(s),
I hereby beg to submit the complaint regarding the deficiency in service of my mobile phone subjected above to the following effect:-
1. That I have purchased the above mentioned mobile phone from M/S Intel Communication Sundernagar for Rs.6850/-only on dated 16.02.09.
2. That due to some technical defect the said mobile phone was not displaying the characteristics of function and was handed over for repair on the direction of M/s Intel Communication at Nokia Care Mandi on dated 26.02.09 for which Rs 2000/-was charged by your care center prior To the delivery of the mobile phone on dated 27.02.2009.But, upon my inspection in your Nokia Care Center the said mobile was not displaying service provider’s SIGNAL at all.
3. The mobile was simultaneously handed over to the care takers engaged by your center for the purpose for attending to the problem. It was assured that the said mobile will be handed over to me through M/S Intel Communication at Sunder Nagar within two or three days. What to speak of 2 or 3 days. Even the queries to your Nokia care Center failed to convey the exact status of the mobile phone.
4. After chain of calls a SMS was communicated by me at [protected] on dated 11.03.2009 at 16.39.54 PM. to expedite the repair of the said mobile and was requested to convey the status of my mobile under repair with Nokia Care at Mandi.
5. In response to this SMS A confirmatory message was received from your mobile Stating **Ur phone is ok pls.Collect it regards**Sender [protected]. Sent: 11-Mar-2009 17:14:39.
6. In compliance to your confirmatory message I visited Your Nokia Care center Mandi on dated 14.03.2009 to collect the said mobile. To my utmost surprise the said mobile phone was having the same defect which was not rectified at all by your care center. The persons at counter as well as your service Engineer were asked to perform the functions of the Mobile Phone under repair, but they were not in a position to do so. This type of fictitious message has put me un-necessary travelling from Sunder Nagar to Mandi and Vice Versa. This act and conduct of your service center is highly deplorable and against the fair trade practices which is not at all desirable. This was also brought to your knowledge telephonically but of no avail. This amounts to deficiency in service on your part, hence the present complaint.
7. It is, therefore, required that the said defects be rectified within three days from the receipts of this complaint, failing which I shall be constrained to file a complaint against you all in the Ld. District Consumer and redessal Forum Mandi in order to redress this grievance, in accordance with law and in that event you shall be responsible for all the consequences, arising there from.

I have bought nokia n95 8gb and during my warrenty time used (5 monthes only) a watter was dropped on my cell the error happend that the flash light is always on as long the battery is in the cell even if it`s shut down i went to nokia center and they told me that it can`t be fixed as if it`s fixed it ll cost me the same as it`s price, pls. tell me what i should do and have i missed anything to get it fixed, and if there is no way to fix it can i use it with the flash on as every other thing is ok or it`s better to keep it shut down till i find a solution.
