Nokia N96 — preloaded stuff lost

as i bought nokia n96 a week ago..i had the preinstalled music and videos and some useful softwares wich the company gives preloaded in nokia n96..but 2 days back my phone lost all these stuff wen i ws restarting phone..i talkd to nokia customer helpline they said any nokia care centre will do it and solve my problem...but i went to 5 nokia centres of different places in delhi but they said they cant solve this and i again talkd to nokia customer helpline and they said they also cant hepl in this...i paid a hefty amnt of money to buy that phone and nokia gave preinstalled things in that so why i cant get them back if i have lost nt due to my mistake...as phone i also in full warranty...they wasted my time and money to go to different nokia cares and i gt nothing...pls help

Nokia N96 — No Assistance help from Nokia executives

My N96 cell phone was stolen from Mumbai, India, purchased from Kuala Lumpur Malayasia. The cell phone contains confidential documents hence i would like some help in tracing the cell phone or blocking it. but the mumbai police, vodafone network operator and nokia are not providing any assistance

I'm Rishi Ranjan, While i was driving my car, my mobile Nokia E71 Black color and thefted by some body. Here is i have already given my IEMI nos([protected]).to the Amar colonyPolice Station, but still there is no response, i have no other sources to help me except u! On dated 10th october 2009 at 7:20 pm) two persons have taken my mobile from my Car (Left Side Seat) at okhla subzi mandi Red Light and ran away. I could not get them.
Please help me, Nokia - E 71was very new, i bought it on 13 th Sepember 2008.

Nokia N96 — Frustrated with Nokia

I brought N96(IMEI [protected]) on 2nd Dec 2008 by investing 34,500/- thinking Nokia is the BEST among all the other companies, but I was wrong and now I believe your handsets are not only a simple box, But Nokia Service is also [censored]ing.

I don't have enough time to write a complaint but today i am so harassed to write.
I had a problem with my Phone Memory it Flushes out, for which I had to visit Nokia Service Center at Tonk Communnications (Dewas). There [censored]ing behavior and the [censored]ing staff too has just ruined my mind. Dust also got entered in my mobile screen which needs to be cleaned. Since my handset is under warranty so it should be cleaned free of cost but they are demanding a [censored]ing SERVICE CHARGE. Man what is this charge..?...as my handset is under warranty yo should do it free.
Last time also i went to the same place, at that time i had a problem of joystick with my other handset nokia N73. They kept it for 2months by saying COME AFTER 3 DAYS , 4DAYS....
They also used my new handset in these 2 months. I know this because its Life timer was showing excess use of 22hrs. At that time i had not made any complaint. But this time water is above the head.
What the Hell is this. Man if Nokia Calls it as Professional and Best Where are the customer happy.
Now, i would prefer taking SonyEcrisson or other and will never buy this [censored]ing product.

I guess Since Nokia has a name it doesn't bothers what are customers problem.

Nokia N96 — VOICE INTERRUPTION

MY PHONE HAS A PROBLEM WHILE SPEAKING . IT WILL START AN IRRITATING NOISE IN BETWEEN NOT ONLY FOR ME EVEN FOR THE PERSON WHO IS LISTENING.
WHEN I GAVE IT TO THE NOKIA CARE THEY SAID IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT THAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. BUT BECAUSE IT WAS A FINLAND SET THEY REFUSED 2 GET IT DONE EVEN THOUGH IT IS GIVEN BY NOKIA ITSELF.AND PRICED AN AMOUNT OF RS.5000/- TO GET IT DONE.
THIS PHONE IS GIVEN TO ME BY NOKIA AFTER WINNING A CONTEST WHICH WAS CONDUCTED IN BANGALORE DURING SEPTEMBER 21,2008.
THIS WAS SEND TO MY RESIDENCE ADDRESS ON JANUARY 5TH 2009.
THIS PROBLEM STARTED THREE MONTHS AGO...
IF THIS IS THE CONDITION OF THE PHONE WHICH IS GIVEN DIRECTLY BY NOKIA THEN WHAT WILL BE THE CONDITION OF THE BUYERS WHO BOUGHT IT.
