[Resolved] Northern Railway — COMPLAINT AGAINST RESERVATION SUPERVISOR | |||
Respected Concern, Hi i am a harrsed passenger , i want to go mumbai some days before. I went at sonipat railway reservation center continuesly three days to get tatkal tickets, but i am not able to get the ticket. B'cause all three days i observed in que that i saw the approximate same persons in que in front of me other ques also & also the same staff in the counters. Than i decided to lodge a complaint in front of reservation supervisor. I shocked , when i lishten supervisor's words that this is happened here regularly, so go & try to get tickets. Finally after all this corruption environment between supervisor,reservation clerk & touts at sonipat reservation office . I took taxi from sonipat to Newdelhi and by flight from new delhi to mumbai. than i can give my interview finally. This is my request to concern senior staff of Northern railway , please take some serious action against the Supervisor , who said this kind of statement to the passengers.
