last 7 days i am following for my EMS status but u r parel post off. people not answer on phone as per then person should come in the off. for staus to check reason is due to less staff.

I had sent" SPEED POST MONEY ORDER" from Sree Bhumi Post Office, Kolkta: 700048 vide their receipt No. A-6780 dated 05/08/2009 for Rs.2, 000.00 (Rs. Two Thousand Only) at the following address:

But I came to know from Smt.Nilam Ray. that she has not received the same, so far. I have already submitted a complaint letter to above post office on 24/08/2009 .

Please look into the matter and arrange to delever the amount to Smt.Nilam Ray, at Samastipur,
