Not Receive RTO BOOK — Non delivery of Document

Dear Sir,

We had sent our documents through spped post to The Collector of Excise, Haryana at Panchkula vide Receipt No.SPEH[protected]IN dated 30.9.2009 at 17.14 p.m. Gurgaon HO-122001. The said documents have not reached its destination after 20 days.

When equiry was made with your office they say that this receipt no. does not reflect on the net and must have been sent by the Post Office manually.

Kindly look into the matter.
