One speed post was sent to me vide Ref number ET[protected] from FIDELITY MUTUAL FUNDS ,Despatched on 5th sep 2009,the date 12 th sep 2009,i'm writing this letter.till not recieved,how type is this speedpost where the speed is lost.

I had booked an article by speed post on 08.09.2009 with ref # EL[protected]IN. Even after a lapse of 15 days the article is not delivered at the destination. I had preferred a written complaint at the booking centre (Kottayam HPO - 686001) on 18.09.2009, and that has also elicited no response. The tracking utility provided also shows that the item is still in bagged status.Please arrange to make every effort to trace the booked article and deliver at the destination with out further delay.I shall be much obliged if you will please provide me with the proof of delivery at the earliest in my e mail address [protected]@sify.com. Alternatively i can also be contacted on my mobile # [protected].If the delivery cant be materialised on account of any extraneous reasons, please return the article immediately.
