Not Receive RTO BOOK — Delay in delivery of Speed Post Article

On December 08, 2009, I had sent two letters through Speed Post to Kolkata from Worli, Mumbai. One letter was delivered after 36 hrs and other was delivered after 48 hrs after lot of follow-up by me. I wanted to know reasons for the delay but no reply. As there is no response, I demand compensation for delay in delivery of articles sent therogh Speed Post. Details of speed post is as follows:

Not Receive RTO BOOK — non delivery of a letter

a letter couriered on 25/12/09 to Madhun, Karnal Haryana has not reached. The c.no. is[protected]. please inform.

I had registered for speed post on 16th December 2009 for delivery at Ribandar ( Goa ) . But till date ( 31 December 2009 ) it has not reached its destination.
