Respected sir,
Through acknowledgement no [protected] i had made an aplication for change of name and as a proof had attached ration card. but on 12 june i received a discrepancy letter in reply for which i further provided them with passport copy but again a dicrpancy letter was send on for which i contacted your call centre and now they are providing me with an excuse that passport is not a valid document and they require a letter from corporator that after marriage the name has been changed now sir you help me out that is pass port more authentic or a letter from corporator
Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and provide me with the solution

Letter Sent for Discrepancy found in PAN Application
Dear sir/madam,
Many times, I applied for re-printing my old PAN card, as I lost.
But every time it was rejected for some reasons.
I really could not understand, why I am failing every time to get the duplicate of my old PAN card.
I have received a sms on my mobile that “Letter sent for discrepancy found in PAN application made vide ack. no. [protected] “.
The status of my application says "We have received the documents with reference to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'. Your application is under process with NSDL"
But I have not received any letter in my mail, please send to :- [protected]@gmail.com
This is really very frustrating for those who just lost and applying for duplicate card.

I have received discrepancy letter, but due to some unavoidable reasons i could not reply to discrepancy within one month.
I want the card to be printed as per IT data & no further change is required.
Kindly guide me how can i remove my PAN application from discrepancy & get my PAN card.(my mail is kulsum.[protected]@gmail.com)
