SIR, I RAKESH SHAH, A PRACTICING CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT HAVING INCOME TAX PAN NO. ADXPS5162M. IAM WORKING AS A INTERNAL AUDITOR FOR RAJASTHANI AND GUJRATI CHARITABLE FOUNDATION HAVING INCOME TAX TAN NO PNER08056G. THE DEUCTOR HAVING TAN PNER05056G HAS DEDUCTED RS 9014 INCOME TAX FOR THE PERIOD[protected] AND DEPOSITED TO THE CREDIT OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT FOR MY PAN ADXPS5162M. I AM HAVING ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TDS FROM THE DEDUCTOR. HOWEVER WHILE MAKING ASSESSMENT U/S 143 (1) INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT HAS NOT CONSIDERED THIS AND GIVEN ME CREDIT AND REFUND ACCCORGINGLY. TDS made need to reflect in 26AS, within a week as in case of individual payment of tax. The tds is not reflecting for several months after payment, and tax payer feel the pintch, for not receiving refund in time. NSDL need to take action such that all tds reflect within a week, irrespective of TDS fililing by banks having TAN. Tax payer should not suffer for inefficiency of TAN holder or NSDL.

I think many employer are earning a easy income, but not submitting the TDS deducted to authority.
there is no way to submit complain and to see authority taking action against such organizations.

Dear Sir,
I had filled my income tax return for[protected], and their was refund of lumpsum
of Rs 37000, after a lot of follow up, they had sent the cheque at my address updated in PAN card,
But three year back i had shiftted to Jaipur, and applied for address change three months back, but still it is pending,
Request to send my cheque at me address mentioned below,
PAN CARD NO AEOPT5643N
Address : Rakesh Tripathy
ICICI Bank Ltd, Shree Ji Tower, Basement
Near Ahinsha Circle, C-Scheme, jaipur
302001 Rajasthan
